Rosemary DemartinoAlthough the truck ws very clean, the truck had a flat. Picking it up after store hours, I had to wait for the service company. Also, the drivers side mirror was loose and would not stay in place while driving.

EDWIN RAMOSTrailer not in great condition. Door operation was not smooth and it was difficult to open and close. Also the door latch was failing at the top end of travel such that it would get caught in the body of cabin and had to be pried out when I picked up trailer. I also got my finger stuck in the door latch when this happened during times of opening and closing the door.

MARY CUOZZOIt was a minor confusing moment in looking for the office which was in a unexpected spot. The multi Business area is very “sign” busy. Outside of this small and tiny issue, everything else was very good and professional. I do recommend them for your needs.

Jose PerezSend the equipment to the bigger u-hauls in Medford or Coram,NY. This was a bad experience and they added insurance even though I didn’t want it. Place had no UHaul signage and was dirty. I scheduled to pick up in Medford,NY and was switched here, if that happens again I will cancel reservation.

audra eckhoffYou guys should prepare the customers for the additional verification ahead of time. I had to scramble for almost 45 minutes on the cold and rain to figure that one out. And I got to my appointment very late because of that.
Jeronimo de MoraesThe woman (Meg) who I picked up the truck from was pleasant, informative and helpful. The man who I dropped the truck off to was rude, didn’t know what he was doing and acted like I was bothering him. He provided me with no information or receipt other than to tell me I will get a text; which I didn’t get and I had to log into my account to see my receipt hours later. They also have a pending charge on my account that i should not be charged as the bill was already paid. If the charge is still pending by Friday or goes through I will be contacting them.

LUIS C RODRIGUEZI was going through a very bad time in my life and roll motors made it clear but they would extend to me every courtesy allowed to accommodate my needs therefore I didn't have one more problem added to the list of many they were accommodating patient kind I would recommend them to anyone in my family and friends that still live on Long Island that need to rent a U-Haul they really went above above and beyond

albert garciaI was charged for insurance coverage when I denied it online. I've emailed to rectify the error have not received a response. The vehicle had garbage in the cab and cigarette ash in the ash tray. The steering wheel had a lot of play the vehicle might need to be aligned

Frank MatteraThe whole experience of trying to find a 10 ft. truck in an area fairly close to me was terrible. The first place said he didn't know whether he'd have a truck on Sat. ( 3 days away) and gave me the "Traffic number" to call. Traffic gave me a location that was a 40 minute drive away. Checking elsewhere I spotted a 10 ft. truck on the premises of a very close location but the guy in the office had to check with "Traffic" to see if it was available. ( It wasn't. ) I called Trafffic back again the next day and they gave me a much closer place then the first time I called. We set up the reservation BUT, the truck wasn't at the location where it was supposed to be and there was no one in the office at 10:00 on Saturday!!! We could hear the phone ringing and ringing inside. Luckily, some workers at a body shop next store had the missing Uhaul guy's cell phone number. When we reached him he sent us to yet another location, fortunately only 10 minutes away, but by this time we had already lost almost an hour of our planned moving time. The whole experience was terrible. Never again!

Denell Jacobs-MccurryDrop off was even easier then pick-up, less then 5 minutes. He made his inspection, scanned the bar-code and off I went. Both ends were a breeze and I let them know. Even told all my friends how easy it was and that it was worth every penny based on that alone to me. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Heloise KayserMake sure the rental is ready to go at the time reserved. I received the rental almost 50 minutes passed the reservation time which put me over an hour behind schedule. I would rather walk and wheel my gear from now on versus renting from u-haul
Anthony RossiThis place is gross and the staff smelled like booze. The man I dropped my truck off with told me I was all done and good to go and that I would receive an email once he entered he mileage and gas tank level. I never did receive an email. The next day the uhaul website said my reservation was still active. I went back to this location because I was concerned about being charged for a second day. The employee had apparently forgotten to enter my truck as returned. If I had not gone back, who knows how many days I would have been charged for. Very poor experience.

joseph moscatelloTruck did not have half a tank. Had to wait 20 mins for my truck. Passenger side was a mess, cigarette ashes on seat. Needed to be cleaned. Cargo area looked like someone lived in it and I also had to cleaned. So my first hour I had to clean front and back and gas up truck. NOT HAPPY AND WANT MONEY BACK. Not worth the $140 I spent. I've used Uhaul before and never had an issue. Please get back to me.
