Iam waiting to receive some money back I paid $366 for 4 days with 500 miles it says to rent a truck for 1 weeks it's $355 plus you. Get 750 miles it's been 24 hours I haven't gotten none 9f money back can someone call me at 205 964 4477 or house phone 334 593 4477

The gentleman who helped me was great. The tire strap on the car dolly I rented ended up breaking in transit. Causing my car to come off one side of the dolly and ripping the front bumper off the car. Upon returning the dolly the gentleman again was really nice and apologetic and said he was pulling the dolly from service.

This U-Haul location is the best & most outstanding U-Haul Store/Hub/Rental Lot I have ever had the privilege to do business with. I was in the military for 10 yrs so I have been to a few U-Haul locations and this one far exceeds all others. The selection of trucks is great but most of all, the customer service I received from these guys for the 5 days I had the truck was excellent!! Anything I needed or had a question about, they were on top of it. You could also tell they enjoyed their job. Highly recommend this U-Haul location! Thanks for the great service!

This location is nothing but thieves and liars. I know it has nothing to do with uhaul because I have never had a bad experience with uhaul until this location. Very very horrible

I was not very happy with the service…we had the pickup truck scheduled for 8:30am, and the location showed that they were open at 8am…I had to call the location to be told that they don’t open until 10…we went back to the location at 10:07am to pick up the truck they were still were not there. I ended up going to another location and they helped me get the issue resolved by calling the location to find out what was going on. I am not pleased with this service at all because of the constant run around when trying to pick up the truck.

I requested a dolly with my reservation. I got to the truck and there was no dolly. I called uhaul and they told it was one 12 miles away, I went to the location and there was no dolly or person to assist me. I wasted miles and time looking for a dolly. I finally decided to continue without one. The truck was not clean and has ashes in the cab. Also, they charged me for gas and I returned the gas to the same spot it was in when we picked up the truck. It was overall not a good experience.

This location saved us when another location failed to accommodate an existing reservation, so we really appreciate it. The lady assisting us was extremely helpful. Our only complaint was that one of the tires had a slow leak that we had to fill and pay for ourselves before our journey.

The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their product. They even help me setup everything and gave me a tutorial before leaving. Most definitely going back!

Truck had no gas and a poor battery. Krystal was really sweet and Amazing. She did her best and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Regardless of how the truck was, that doesn't take away from a great experience with customer service. Life happens and it turned out ok. We are going to get something at times that doesn't work well. Krystal was great!!

It took 1 and a half to get the equipment. I'm happy for people to learn, but that was excessive. It turns out they entered my DL state wrong and that was the issue. After all that it turns out they also changes the location of drop. I had to call customer support were I was transferred three time, everyone was very nice.
