The one signing out the van was not particularly helpful with questions I asked. I also seemed to wake him, although we had an appointment at that time.

Have rented U haul equip for decades. This location has absolutely no business being part of their company. Too much to go into. UHaul, dorp this location. My complaint is on file with customer service. I pass 2 UHaul location on my way to this one. They should not be part of UHaul

All customers are instructed to go out back and find their trailer and hook them up without any assistance, safety checkout or inspection of working lights etc. On return, the owner simply has customers "drop" their trailers and nobody checks you in which leaves you susceptible to being charged for damage without any protection for the consumer.

Properly equipped location to set up the towed equipment properly. Staff that are more helpful with keeping scheduled appointments and knowledgeable and helpful with pickup, hooking up, unhooking and drop off assistance is required. These services have always been available at rental locations and should be still performed by rental location staff.

He just gave me a trailer number and said please put it back where it is when you bring it back. He didnt come out to check if I had the correct hitch or wiring or anything. I thought they would at least look at the tow vehicle to make sure it would be safe.

The Uhaul did in fact run well. However there were numerous scrapes and dents in and on the vehicle that were not previously marked. This included two nicks and an 8” crack in the windshield.

When I returned the trailer, the gentleman at the counter told me to just park it in the lot. I asked if he needed my contract and he said no, that he would take care of it. It's been two days and I still don't have a final receipt. I've called the uhaul 1-800 number and they show the trailer still not checked in TWO DAYS LATER. I would really appreciate it if I could get some kind of closure that the trailer has been returned.

The first location uhaul told me to pick the truck up from was closed so u had to rebook at a new location. At the second location the first woman was extremely rude. I will never rent from this location again

Renting from U-Haul was a total night mare. I have been renting from U-HAUL for over 30 years and I reserved the truck in my town. The day I was to pick up the truck I got an email saying the truck wasn't available in my town, but 25 miles from me. I told them no that would add 75 miles to my cost @ .69 per miles plus cost of gas. She was very rude. I hung up and called the toll free number and explained my situation and the nice lady said we have a ten foot truck in your town for the same price. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get a truck because I had an email saying I had a truck in my town and the day I was ready to pick it up find out I don't have a truck in my town. I will NEVER USE U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!!!!

I made the rental reservation at my preferred location. I was then told I had to go somewhere else to get the trailer. Did not make me happy. The pickup location I then went to was an old hotel with a dingy front desk. Trailers were parked in a field at the back of the hotel. Not my best experience with U-Hal=ul.

Know what you are doing!!!! People are tired and don't want to sit there and argue with u for an hr over obvious things.

I have moved multiple times and have always used U-Haul and have had nothing but good experiences except this time. The family in charge of the company at Knights Inn were very rude and overall unprofessional. It would be beneficial to them to have some training in how to deal with the third party U-Haul procedures but also in proper etiquette. I purchased a dolly with my truck order and did not receive it so had to go back to obtain one but not without having conflict with the people in charge. After being accused of lying about the purchase one of the ladies shouted to the other "make sure they pay!!!" The whole experience was irritating, insulting, and unprofessional. I hope no one decides to rent from this facility as it will give the entire company a bad reputation.

Service was exceptionally good! Vehicle and supplies were ready when promised. Management was friendly, helpful, and a joy to work with. Would recommend this location to anyone. Easy freeway access is available, rates are more than reasonable, an A+++ experience!
