Sandy MMoving blankets were dirty and covered in debris, appliance Dolly tires were very warn and wouldn’t roll so had to drag it, truck was absolutely disgusting inside and had soda spilled all in cup holders , dash, ceiling and everything was dirty and sticky! The back of the truck was extremely dirty and hadn’t been swept out in a very long time!

WARREN FI only have good things to say. U-Haul's website is very easy to navigate to make a reservation, and service at this location was prompt, friendly and courteous. They had multiple trucks in the size I was looking for, and the after hours drop off was very convenient. I'll rent from here again, and in fact have already made a reservation to do so.

David EThe man at Rocky Top U-Haul Storage-5292 that I rented a U-Haul Truck from on Tuesday June 27th refused to reimburse my 100.00 cash deposit I did everything that was asked of me I paid him 107.15 cash which covers truck rental, 50 miles, 15.00 safe move plus tax and was told if I returned the vehicle back to his location I would then receive my 100.00 cash deposit I did not use my credit or debit card I was in the company of 2 other people he took my driver's license and another person's who was to drive the truck we filled it back up with gas was 10 miles under the 50 miles that I paid for and returned the vehicle before 1:30 on June 28,2023.The man called me a lair as I also said the same about him I then contacted The Monroe County Police Department and was advised to take a civil court case against this person which I am going to do and will pursue this to the fullest I'm disabled and feel like this man took my deposit and stuck it in his pocket. I KNOW U-HAUL ALWAYS REQUIRES A DEPOSIT AND THERE IS NO WHERE ON MY RECEIPT THAT SHOWED ANY KIND OF DEPOSIT WAS MADE .THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE USED THIS U-HAUL RENTAL COMPANY AND I AM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET TO BE STOLEN FROM AND CALLED A LAIR .I WILL SEE THIS PERSON AND U-HAUL IN COURT. THANK YOU MITZI BUCKNER

Harold MI hadnt checked the equipment dolly before we got it in the truck, and the wheel was broken. My fault for not checking it beforehand, but I paid for use of it and it didn’t work.

Frank HService at the pickup location was great. However , both the trucks I rented were very shaky at speeds at/above 50 mph. The second truck also required a service call to jump start the vehicle so that it could be returned to the drop off location. The service tech that completed the jump start indicated bad battery and suggested immediate return. I followed his advice and thankfully so because after dropping off, I attempted a restart and it oce again was dead as a door nail and would not start. I did not feel safe while driving either rental truck on the highway.
