U-Haul change the location where I was to pick up the trailer which was about 10 miles farther for me and then took for ever once I got to the location to pick it up. I went to the location where I had it reserved at and they finally figured out when they couldn't get in to their system that U-Haul had changed the location for my pickup.

U-Haul told me the day I departed, over the phone, I would receive a $25 credit for my experience with pickup but drop off U-Haul didn’t know anything about it. I do not recommend using U-Haul with all the issues involved in pickup, broken strap and drop off.

Dog smell (there are several dogs in the office), barking, slow service. I’ll have to get another truck in the near future and will somehow insist on the location on Hwy. 35 that’s also a bookstore.

Everything is was great but I was charged more then what I was told it was 181.00 but changed 208.00

This was the worst rental I have ever had ordered on line it said trailer in Victoria that was motel tried the U-Haul on Sam Houston did not have one they sent me to Ingleside call them they said they had one, drove down there they didn’t have one finally found one in Rockport Tx. I drove 160 miles and finally got one 40 miles from my house I think I have rented 5 units from U-Haul and will need s large truck at the end of this year. After this mess I may rent a truck from someone else . Don’t know what the problem was but it cost me extra gas a time. All the people a the Rockport did an excellent job, every body else needs to pay more attention to what there doing.

They over charged me $23.90 for fuel, I left more fuel which was only an 1/8 of a tank lame! So I think I deserve a refund for that amount. Truck was new drove excellent, I just wish I could brag about the expeirence but I can't ,I give it a 4 on a 1- 10 , overall I do love U-haul used you many times in my life moving around the USA, not bitter just wish you were fair, I cleaned and washed the floor boards and swept the back out ,thank you Chet Zelazny
