teresa boltonGood pulling trailer.
Michael GallienI returned the uhaul with right amount of gas and three days they billed my credit card for gas they said they need to put in it. I know I put the right amount of gas the the uhaul but the guy wouldn't let me talk to tell him he just kept cutting me off. I will never use his services again
Donna EarleyVery rude and disrespectful. I would recommend driving to another location.
Haiden ViegasThe truck leaked and got my recliner (brand new), all my boxes and everything to the back of the Uhaul. The drop off change is ridiculous when out of town. Customer service to Uhaul is outrageous. Bad customer service.
molly hayesExcellent service and friendly staff.
ROSA EsmeriaI had to sweep out the inside of the u-haul when I got home. Roof leaked on trailer I rented causing part of my mattress to get soaking wet !
Alanna SherrillNothing great experience
HUGH BLACKVery friendly staff.
Kenneth HillBest experience ever......
Ina ButlerNo problems at all. Very helpful.
Larry WrightI left my personal vehicle at the business before it opened so I would have a way back home when I returned the truck. The owner was very rude when I returned the truck and had called the police and a tow truck because he didn’t recognize the truck. Thankfully I got there before it was towed. I will never do business with this company.

James ReamerThey were very helpful. Hooked up the trailer for us and gave us some tips on what to watch for the next time we rent a trailer from UHaul
Charles LumbardoEverything went great....no need to improve
Alicia NuttNothing, the agent was very helpful and handled our needs well.
Jim MorelloThere was no one there. I called both the number listed on the door and got no answer or way to leave a message. Called the 1-800 number on my paperwork and got voice mail for someone up in Nashville who never returned my call. I've rented trucks for moves from U-Haul and never had customer service this bad. Did find another U-Haul place to drop off the trailer (11 Miles away) and they were kind enough to accommodate me and take the trailer in.
jim morelloWhen I picked up my UHaul Saturday it was a long painful process. The manager of the Rockin' Y (pick-up location) suggested I let you know about the problems and said he would also call UHaul and that I may receive a substantial discount for all the hassle. 1. The UHaul internet site would not accept a credit card (we tried three different ones). The manager typed in the numbers but when he tried to submit it the card # would disappear. He also tried to scan the cards with a scanner plugged into his computer but no luck. I was there for this exercise at least 30 minutes before he finally gave up and said for me to pay at the "drop-off" location. 2. No brake light or turn signal on the right side of trailer. They had to send one of their employees to an auto supply store for a bulb. Another long wait. 3. A new bulb didn't solve the problem. Two employees tried to troubleshoot the problem which they thought was maybe corrosion in the bulb socket. Another long wait. They finally gave up and said someone had installed a license tag and light on the trailer a few days before and that they probably "screwed the wiring up". 4. Finally I was told that there was not another 4X8 trailer available so I could take it "as is" or leave without a trailer. 5. As a side note: The estimated charges on the emailed receipt were considerably less than actual charges. I still plan on returning your trailer to Ship and Shore, Dauphin Island, Alabama on Monday April 24th. Thank you for your consideration Sent the ablove a couple of days ago and never received a response. I'm continuing this addendum on 4/25. Yesterday when I took the trailer to the drop-off iat Dauphin Island, AL I was told I had a one-way contract and I would nave to return the unit to Collinwood, Tennessee. This is insane. I am very disappoined and this has our family vacation off to a terrible beginning. N
