We had a truck reserved for pickup at 8:00am, but the store manager didn't arrive to open the shop until about 8:30am. It delayed our move and cut into the time I had the truck reserved for by 30 minutes. He gave no apology or excuse for his tardiness, just acted like it wasn't a big deal. Secondly, they mixed up who ordered dollies and blankets. Also, the after hours key drop was not very clear or set apart from the shop's other business.

Put some kind of Jack on trailer so if you drop off after hours you don't have to pick up the trailer hitch off the vehicle!

The place were I picked up is perfect, great customer service. I believe I have used your facility 3 or 4 times now. Thank you! My only problem though is corporate charging me $99 to rent the van for 6 hours. You should be ashamed, charging your customers, such prices. I realize this message will go unheard but what I do know is that uhaul has gone to the bottom of my list and I cannot say anything nice about uhaul with your price manipulations...

Have the truck available that they reserved 2 weeks in advance and then telling us the day before we moved that it was unavailable. It also would have been nice to have the dolly that we reserved as well instead of driving an hour out of the way to go pick up the truck at a different location just have them tell us they didn't have a dolly so we had to buy one. The person working behind the counter was also very rude as he was saying he was supposed to be on vacation and not working and was trying to rush us out of there so he could leave. It was very frustrating as we lost 2 hours out of our moving day. I work in logistics and understand things happen but I can honestly say after this experience it will be hard to use uhaul again as there are plenty of options out there.

The interior of the van was not clean - entire dash should have been wiped down/cleaned (this is especially important now) and there was an empty monster can left in a side pocket. Also, specifics re where exactly the van was when I picked it up would have been helpful- the pic that was supposed to show that was of a larger uhaul truck somewhere.

I denied all coverage in my reservation and when picking up and waiting for attendant to input information and print receipt a safe tow coverage fee of $16 was added. When I asked why this was on the final rental confirmation the response was..."well it just seems to have gotten added on when I printed the document."??? I did not want to wait the additional 20-30 minutes for this to be corrected, so left. very poor experience!

Poor customer service - they couldn't fix an error on the bill that i had not signed yet. They said that I would be charged $50 if I cancelled, which I don't believe is true. Their storage area in the back has a huge mud hole, scattered metal shards around the perimeter, and insufficient room to maneuver to pick up, (and even worse to return) the trailer. Although it is the closest one to our house, I will never use it again.

They may not have the items that you request. It was like a Sinfield Episod. When you make a reservation for items like Appliance Dollys and Hand Trucks, you expect the reservation to guarantee that the items will be available. Especially with Two weeks' notice.

I was told I was required to fill the tank up before returning the truck, otherwise I would be charged $5/gal. It would be great if that rule applied to everyone as the tank was between 3/4 and Full when I got in it (and I have pics). So when I returned it, I ended up paying for someone else's gas as well (you're welcome, whoever you are). The truck itself was clean, but not mechanically maintained as it shook violently when braking which tells me warped rotors. Are these vehicles not checked/inspected when they are returned or before another customer uses them?

Not the fault of this location but totally expected a ramp with the truck. Uhaul should make it abundantly clear that the small panel truck doesn't have one.

I waited for nearly an hour at the pick up location to get my truck, as the customer service rep couldn't get the computer system to work for the customer ahead of us. Nobody else there would assist me (even when we asked them); there were 3 other employees chatting and smoking in an office. The location was dirty and poorly maintained. The sign on the door said masks were required, yet nobody inside was wearing one. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place.

The U-Haul was full of broken glass when we picked it up. They over charged my credit card and are still trying to charge me a few that has already been refunded to me by a manager@ Uhaul.
