Shawn FDanielle was extremely patient and your system was down for 4 hours. The original trailer had a different tag than was matched to the unit and the plate expired in 03/23. She moved me quickly to another trailer and had to hand write the correct unit information because the replacement contract could neither be printed or corrected. She was professional through all of the issues.

Nicole PBiggest complaint is the Cost. original quote was for $95.35 = $.99 a mile. ended up paying $231.00. Charged for gas after i filled it up to where it was when i left. (my bad should have waited to turn it in instead of dropping off ) Overall i paid around $50 more than what the original quote + mileage. The trailer break lights did not work

Emma AWhen I picked up the UHaul truck, it had a heavy scent of cigarette smoke. It was the only truck left, so I had no choice but to use it based off my needs for the truck. If you’re offering a service to the public please, then let it be for the the public and have some respect and consider how it could effect them. I had to spray the truck down with air freshener to help against the terrible cigarette smoke smell. I’m not for sure if it was an employee that smoked up the truck or a fellow customer, but this is unacceptable, especially since I spent my hard earned money to get the best experience out of your services. I appreciate

todd SNeeded a moving trailer last minute as the original plan fell through. They were very accommodating and got me in the same day for a 12’ trailer rental for 4 days. Very reasonably priced and did the job. Would recommend this location.

Adele FHappy with uhaul overall, our issue was that our rental was not previously checked and we were left with a torn ratchet strap which we were unaware of until we were ready to leave causing us to delay our trip by quite a bit. Happy with how costumer service handled the situation though.
Gage KMy only concern is both times I came to rent a truck I had to get a bigger size because there was no 10 foots. And this time I had to go up two sizes this time and I wasn't giving any discount.. the associate ate nice,but its a major in convenience when you have to pay more because you don't have enough vechiles there.
