Making sure that the reserved equipment is available at the PREFERRED pick up location. Why bother allowing customers to choose their desired pick up location if the equipment isn't going to be there? Making the customer go out of THEIR way to get the vehicle isn't the best practice for happy customers.

The computer wasn’t working and they had a hard time checking me in to receive the truck. This location was assigned to me after I made a reservation for a different location...I thought that was the whole point of making a reservation. .

Access to customer representative. I am charged for the after hours check-in because the online check in layout led me straight to the thank you page and did not let me upload the pictures. I called customer service numerous times so that they can relay the problem to the manager before creating the invoice and I was on hold all those times and was not able to reach a representative.

Worst experience ever! Ruined my entire day! Completely ruined my finances and my business for the day, pushed me back on work a whole extra day. Left me out to dry with my customers belongings without a care in the world. Definitely 2 thumps down and 10 toes down!!!!!!!

The online access was ridiculously complicated and a terrible user experience. I feel like I spent more time on your mobile website than I did driving the damn truck. Some suggestions: - Prompt users to set up Drivers license info, contact info, etc, ahead of time so I'm not doing it in a parking lot - Verification process was weirdly mysterious and required a second contact person without explanation. Again, this could be handled before the reservation starts. You also had my credit card information on file, so I'm not sure why you needed anything else. - I chose my payment type 3 times throughout the process. Once when I first booked my reservation, once when I picked up the truck, and once when I dropped it off. Rather than requiring a user proactively choose their payment type at each step, show something like the card type, last four digits, and a link to change it if need be - The camera integration in the browser was a nice touch, but I'd be wary of requiring that permission from mobile users - Same with requiring sharing location, I'd consider finding another way of verifying that the truck was dropped in the correct location. I felt kinda held hostage being forced to share my location _after_ I've rented the truck - The person who handed me my key did not verify my identity at all. I said I needed my key, I verbally shared the truck number, and they handed it right over. This doesn't bother me personally, but this seems like a pretty big vulnerability. I could read any number off a truck, go in and say I did the online check-in and say I need my key. If I happen to catch a truck that's due for pickup, I can ride off with it. Presenting a 4-digit verification code could easily avert this attack vector

I was charged for furniture pads which I did not order or use. I've made several attempts to contact the rental location and they have all been ignored. I want a refund for the charge.

This location is not a main U-haul location. It is more of a service provided in addition to the Life Storage facility. The person could not explain what was covered under the insurance he asked us to buy.

I have picked up or dropped off equipment here before. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they feel they do a good job. Keep up the good work!

The vehicle was clean but there is an issue with the steering. There is to much play from left to right where you have to constantly adjust (back and forth) to stay on course. The steering linkage should be adjusted pronto. And also check the transmission. The truck had trouble going in reverse.

Actually, nothing negative!! We had some confusion about our reservation initially, and the woman we worked with on the phone fixed everything beautifully. We were very VERY happy with the courtesy and flexibility, and PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS of your staff.!!!!
