Lock on box did not work after trying for 20 mins, no one in store can assist at all. Called UHaul, a Uhaul agent came over after having us continue to try the lock different way & then said they have been having issues with that lock. Why wasn't it fixed? Otherwise the self check in was no problem. Just wasted 40 mins to begin...NOT A GOOD START.Deb W.
The person inside the store refuses to speak about U-Haul orders. The lock box that was supposed to have the key had a metal combination lock that was frozen due to the cold. I had to spray with my own de-icer (after asking the man in the store if he had any and him refusing to speak to me) for 30 minutes before I could even get the combination wheels to turn. When I finally open the lock, the key was not in there. After 3 calls to U-Haul customer service (because the man inside refused to help in any way) we figured out that the key was in the return box. After all of that, the truck did not have the dolly I rented.Steven G.

For starters, please arrange the right equipment. Rather than having the 15' box truck prepared for my reservation, whoever is in charge of preparing the vehicles had a 9' cargo van ready. Not only was I on the phone with Uhaul for FIVE HOURS, the proprietors of this location were some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. Avoid this location at all costs.Steve L.

You have to make it easier for a customer to return the truck at an after-hours location such as a convenience store there was no lock box provided a lock box was for removal of a key if you needed the code that was not provided to me so I can return my vehicle on time. You must provide an adequate lockbox so customer can drop off the key at this location without it it's frustrating and that ridiculousRobert A.
