And I was NOT listened to when I denied extra coverage and was charged TWICE for fuel when I only drove the truck for 14 miles!

Christina DelgadoThe location was good and person there was helpful. Your online checkin to get the keys was not. The app did not work properly. It kept saying I didn’t have internet access when I had 4 bars and LTE. It was clear it was your server issues. I started trying to check in 20 minutes before pickup time and didn’t actually accomplish getting the keys until 40 minutes after my pickup time. There was more damage to the vehicle than was marked which is why I took many pictures. The gas was on empty when I picked the vehicle up. You need a better process for ensuring it works. I could not reserve the vehicle until 7:30 and could only have it for 2 hours despite paying a full day fee. After your app wasting 40 minutes of my use time I barely made it back in time. I will be checking my credit card statement and if there are any extra charges I will be filing fraudulent billing report. I don’t believe there will be, but just based on the poor experience I am concerned. Again everything I am reporting with possible exception of empty fuel tank has nothing to do with the location staff it is solely your larger process to check in, the clear failure of your servers to handle the traffic, and that when I called 3x there was no one to answer call for more than 10 minutes each time before I hung up.

Tyler GladysFriendly attendant. The parking area was accessible. Be careful if following Google to find this location. Google will get you close but you will need to search a little for the real entrance.
