Well I would say the biggest thing you can improve on is the fact that I had reserved a car trailer and when I showed up to do my pickup I ended up getting a car dolly was not impressed the whole reason I reserved was to get a trailer but had already made arrangements with vehicle had no choice

Mark T | Overall ExperienceI was a little frustrated that I originally booked it in New Minas. Was then told to go to Kentville. Arrived at Kentville and they didn't have anything available and apparently it was changed to Centerville. The person in Centerville was very courteous and friendly and accommodating. I previously booked it for 8 AM in the morning but didn't pick up until shortly before 11 AM. I was told I was gonna get a $40 discount but I haven't seen that on my bill. It would appreciate if someone could look into this for me.

Russell MThe app needs to allow photos to be uploaded and not just use the camera. Sometimes the app is slow due to bad cell coverage and it would be easier to take photos and then upload when better cell reception is available.
