Tonya BI was very unimpressed with the fact that it cost $900.00 for a uhaul when I had it for two days less then I was supposed to.
Ann MI was not familiar with this area. They recently had horrible storms. The location was not open at 4:00 pm. The electronic "checkout" was not going well due to loss of wireless connections after the weather. It took almost 2 hours to get through the "return truck" process in 90+ degree heat. Very exhausting.
DANIEL LIt was very dark in the parking lot and not too organized. I didn't feel too comfortable leaving the trailer there, on suspicion of someone being able to steal it. Just didn't seem to organized, or welcoming. Especially with the option of dropping rentals off at the customers convenience.

Francis EDid not have enough signal to go through phone steps. Took around 20 minutes to upload photos of license. Was told that we had the truck through Thursday but when dropped off was told that I had a late fee. The drop off location said that they had seen the same information but was now also told that we owed the fee. took around an hour to finally check in the truck. Told the regional manager to take care of the fee or we would never use uhaul again. She was not willing to help.
Jake AI was very impressed with our experience! Customer service was excellent and U-Haul really knows how to treat their customers both over the phone with registering and in person.

Brian CI rented the U Haul and couldn't use it because it wouldn't go in the snow. There was one inch of snow in the driveway and the truck got stuck immediately. I had to have it pulled out because I couldn't get any traction. I will never rent a U Haul again in the winter.

Fred Mhad a sliw leak and had to put air in the tire to make my trip. Your 24 hr drop off seems overly complicated. Have a contact number GPS and photo submission 2in1 seems plenty sufficient to me.
Jeff CWas told could drop off anytime drop off does not need to be open witch I did but had no way of confirming the drop. I called and left a message but that was all I could do. Would have liked a way to confirm l indeed dropped the trailer. It all worked out but I had nothing to show that trailer was dropped

Tommy HThe U-Haul representative was very polite and helpful in every way. He was also helpful getting me get the tow dolly hooked up and insured all lights were working. I was told before by a person who had used this dealer and said I wouldn't be happy. I know now that if he had a bad experience chances are that it had a lot to do with his attitude.

KAREN FThe U-Haul rental site was located in a dingy car repair/supply store. The rep was unable to open the U-Haul site on the computer. He started to manually fill out a rental agreement, then decided to call the regional rep who did not answer, and then called the main U-Haul number only to discover their computers were down. After waiting more than 30 minutes to rent the truck, I finally told the rep to take my credit card number and complete the rental when their computers came back up. The rep asked me if I wanted insurance, I told him no, and he attempted to pressure me into purchasing the insurance. The rep then handed me the keys to the truck and told me it was the 10 foot truck in the parking lot (there were multiple trucks). No walk-around was completed, mirrors were not adjusted (required a special tool), and no instruction provided.

carol tKeep customers informed of equipment on the trucks...I had a light come on that indicated a problem with the transmission, only it was an indicator that scheduled maintenance was needed...we spent 2 hrs waiting to find this out...on a different day, an oil light came on and it took another 2 hrs to determine that the light was just stuck (nothing wrong with the oil)...on the 3rd day we had a slow leak on one of the auto transport tires and again another 2 hrs waiting...I understand problems happen, but it should NOT take 2 hrs to have a mechanic available...I am NOT happy with U-Hauls response times!!! I will NOT be using u-haul in the future and will NOT recommend u-haul to anyone else!!
