Either dramatically improve your app or quit sending people down that path. Overall experience was poor because of the app. Everything done by local team was fantastic. Everything online was poor.

Everything went very smoothly from pick up to drop off and there were no surprises when I saw the receipt. Only down side is they didn’t have the furniture pads I requested but they did give me advance notice and I was able to make sheets and blankets work. Great experience overall.

It was slightly difficult to find because it was in an unfamiliar location, but once I got down there [physically, it was much easier to figure out how to drop it off. Additionally, John, the member of the personnel team I interacted with, was incredibly nice and caring. He was the one who caught the mileage error and gave me a call to let me know things weren't right. I appreciated that very much.

The person who helped me was veery pleasant. Returning the equipment was difficult for two reasons. First, U’Haul’s app would not let me sign in. I tried resetting my password multiple days using email and text. U’Haul’s app has been problematic for years so that was no surprise. So, I had to call. Thankfully, the wait was short at night. It is normally very long. Second, it was hard to back in as the only spot open was behind the building. There’s an alley, but there was a car parked behind the building in front of the spot. It was night. It was muddy or at least unpacked and sloppy and slightly raining. My wife had to be out there. Would I go here again? Absolutely. That’s partly because another place in Colgate has a rude owner and partly because these people were pleasant.
