Took a couple days to get confirmation that the trailer was dropped off properly, but I eventually got it. I called ahead of time to inform them I would be dropping off a trailer for a one way rental & didn't get a call back for 2 days after I dropped it off. It all worked out OK in the end, so what ends well....

Guy was extremely late. Place looked deserted with cars that have been just sitting there. Place wasn't plowed. Office was a mess. And no ink for the printer for a receipt. Organization was non existent. Not sure how this place stays open. Needs some serious help.

i didn't receive the size truck i reserved and had to get two trucks, and one of the trucks had furniture left in it and i had to drive back to drop it off to them

got a call the day before saying they didn't have the truck I wanted 20' they only had a 15', I would have to drive to vt. to get the 20', when I went to pick up the 15' got it home and opened it up and there was someone elses furniture in truck, had to bring the truck back to drop off the furniture and then had to rent another truck because the 15' wasn't big enough, what a shit show, I had to pay for two 15' because there wasn't a 20' and I wasn't driving to VT., the day they called me [fri] my father passed away that morning, not a good experience at all, totally disgusted

This was the easiest rental I have experienced. Reserved on website. It was actually there . We didn't need to sweep it out first( as was our experience with other rentals). Overall, friendly, reliable and great price!

Eric was knowledgeable and efficient in scheduling my rental! The truck was clean and equipment was ready and waiting for me! Unfortunately for some reason, even though the location services on my i-phone were ON, I was unable to pick up the truck at the scheduled and needed time of 8 am ( 2 hours before store opening) through the "truck share" option??. I spoke to representatives on the main UHaul number that could offer no assistance and my moving crew ended up waiting at home as I waited in the parking lot for the store to open at 10 am. Eric quickly checked me in and I was on my way, however, the same thing happened upon return that evening at 5:30 pm. I took photos as requested, and sent them to the main website, but because my location "wasn't recognized"- I still received an e- mail asking when I would return it and offering me the option of more time for $20! I left a phone message for Eric and he was kind enough to return my call to say he had checked me in, and all was fine. I would definitely use RMO Auto again if needed, but would not use the Truck Share option again!

The gas tank was almost empty when I picked up the truck. A 1/4 tank should be recommended.

The service at RMO was great, however I am not happy with UHAUL in general, there is a large facility in Pittsfield, Ma. where I live and they made me drive 40 minutes to another town to rent a trailer then refused to let me return it to Pittsfield where I live and I had to drive another 40 minutes to bring it back this all pretty much sucked!

You should explain why we have to fill the tank with gas before we return it and pay $0.79 per mile. Feels like being charged double-should be one or the other, not both.

I had rented for a 300 mile roundtrip. It fell thru last minute, after I had signed on bottom line, and this dealer was quite fair in our settlement.

We booked the u-haul far enough in advance so I assumed we would have one available at the location we desired. However we had to travel over an hour to retrieve the vehicle. This was a huge inconvenience and will be looking companies in the future to use.

We recently rented from multiple locations and the service at RMO was far superior. The guy was kind, professional and very helpful. We highly recommend renting from them and we will not hesitate to rent from them again. (We are thinking about renting a small trailer next time we need to pick up construction supplies.)

Great service. I personally am not used to driving a U-Haul, or a vehicle with over 100k miles, so I felt tense for most of the driving. "Check Engine" light was on, which I was warned about, and I was told it's been to the shop multiple times and it's just something internal messing up.

Make sure this location can provide a printout of the order at the time of pickup. Nice manager but the documentation was not provided. They rely on email but I had no access to a printer and my email connection was spotty.

This location is wonderful. I've done business here before, and will again. I write today about the mobile browser interface for the self-return service. I found it extremely frustrating to use for one simple reason: I had no idea what would be in store as I worked my way through the steps. If the first step said, You will need to take five photos of your van during this process, please keep your key until the end, all would have been well. Instead, each new page loaded, and yet another thing had to be photographed, causing me to lock and unlock the vehicle several times, and walk back and forth more than I would like. A simple overview, "Here's what's in store!" would have completely alleviated all the intense aggravation I felt in the moment. I came home afterwards and talked to my friend about it, and he had the SAME EXPERIENCE! Except for him it was very very cold outside at the time, and for me it was very hot. In any case, this is clearly a user experience issue that could be fixed suuuuuuuper easily.

The family that owns this business are some of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. I've rented equipment there multiple times and they have always been accommodating beyond expectation with reliable equipment and supplies on the day I needed them.

Service provider at RMO was outstanding. They could use some help with there lot as it is a bit crowded with other vehicles. A designated, landscaped area would be great if U Haul could help them with that. Great overall experience, will use this company again if needed in the future.

The cab if the truck was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. It had a check engine light on and just over a quarter tank of gas.

The truck was extremely dirty inside and still contained the trash from the previous renter. The driver side door did not shut and so for half of my trip across country I was driving without my door shut and didn’t even know it. Because the door was not shut, it was extremely loud inside the cab to the point where I could not even hear what my passenger was saying. The windshield wipers were so bad that as I was driving through rain storms I couldn’t see anything and had to crouch down to find a patch of window that was actually getting cleaned by the wipers.
