I left a key on the Truck key ring and left both VM and email for the RJM Industries location and have had no response. A bit frustrating. Would have given 5 stars but with no way to contact the location or receive and send communications, it's a bit frustrating. Not the best customer service!Joel W.

I'm not sure if it was the uhaul location or app but we were supposed to pick up our truck at 6am because we had movers to help at 7 and we couldn't get our truck until 8am when the location opened. The truck we got if we were able to get it at 6am wouldn't have had any of the equipment we ordered in it and was also trapped in by pallets. The guy helping us was nice but didn't seem wiling to want to help with any free miles or anything especially because we lost our movers. I thought there should have been some compensation. He ended up throwing a dolly in for free after telling me no a couple times and then told me if I don't fold the moving blankets properly when we return the truck we will be charged. The only issue was the strap for the utility dolly was cut and I was unable to use it. I had to use some other straps to compensate. Other than that, the check out and check in was awesome. The guys got me in and out very quickly. I will definitely use this location again next time I need a uhaul truck.MICHAEL H.
I ordered a utility dolly that was not there when I went to pick up the vehicle. I spent 20 minutes calling customer service, who then told me they couldn't help me and needed to transfer me to another number, but that office didn't open until 9am. When I called that office, I asked them to remove the charge for the dolly and they told me they could not modify my order, but would out a note on my account so I wouldn't be charged. When I dropped off the vehicle I spoke to an employee at that office that also reassured me I would not be charged. I then never received a receipt so I had to call again. When I got a copy of my receipt, I saw I was charged for the dolly I never received. To recap: 1. Never received dolly that I paid for 2. Delayed my move by 1+ hour waiting to speak to people 3. Was reassured multiple times that I would not be charged for the dolly 4. Never received a receipt 5. Was charged for the dolly I never receivedCatharine E.

I made a different reservation at location A at 8am several weeks ago. The day before they changed my reservation to location B at 12pm. This did not work for me at all and would have made my move impossible. Luckily this location, location C had an availability same day that I was able to claim. there was an empty starbucks bottle behind one of the seats (trash) also the driver side mirror was adjusted for me by the location, but the screw was not tightened. My first two hourse of driving ere very scary, as I had to lead out the window and re-adjust the mirror every 5 to 8 minutes. Thankfully I searched for the tool needed at a stop, and was able to drive safely the rest of the way. I'd recommend the location because the truck was in really good shape and the people were really nice. But their supply stock was low. No medium boxes, and out of stock on the white tie down rope.Mariacelina C.

Truck on the outside was very dirty window was covered in bug deaths, along with the rest of the vehicle. Plus the mileage on your site is way off should of made it to my destination without filling up the tank but that's on uhaul website.Robert S.

I made an appointment at the RSM location a month before I needed the truck. The night before UHaul switched my pick up location & time. When I called to find out why the woman said it was still the original time & location. When I arrived the next day I was unable to get the truck because it actually had been switched. I had to drive to the new location & wait 30 minutes. Then to top it off they didn't even have the size truck I needed. So, a reservation for a truck at a certain day and time and not one of those things were correct or guaranteed as they promise. I will be following up to get reimbursed or some kind of credit.MARK S.

The truck I reserved was not available and it's not the managers fault but he did try to accommodate me. That noted I drove an extra 15 miles because I had to make 2 trips versus one to my storage location which cost me about $ 15 extra if the one I had rented was thereROBERT Y.

I have been a loyal u-haul customer for 30+ years... rent 2-4 times/year. Too much to write here... I was switched to a different location... had to spend more #$$ to get there as it was further... equipment sounded like it was dying... had to wait 15 minutes for someone to stop 'resting' upstairs as they had all just emptied a big 'load' of weekly supplies... and couldn't hear me yelling to see if someone was even there.. access miserable... lady in next door office finally came to 'get them'... and anyone would see they had a 1pm pickup scheduled... Then. lost my phone. found it only to see if I had the phone and opened text messages I needed to acknowledge when I returned the truck AT THE LOCATION or get another $20 charge. Didn't happen.. The process in self retrieving the truck required a representative to walk me through it. When completed and everything verified; the locked box would NOT open granting me access to the key for the truck. This is a great idea but you have A LOT of PROBLEMS to work out. It took me over :45 minutes to complete.James Michael N.
