I would like to emphasize that this was not thw original scheduled return address. Wright City Liquor was the original scheduled location. When returned, they denied acceptance even though it was scheduled. They relocated me to RJM storage, which was very inconvenient. The Wright City liquor should not have accepted drop off originally if they couldn't accept it, defeating the the reason for scheduling the drop off when scheduling and paying for the rental.Nedra W.

24750297 - I was supposed to drop off at a different location. The employee came out and told me I need to take to another location. I told him I just finished a 12 hour drive and want to leave it there where I had planned. "Jim" (he was reluctant to give me his name) refused and I took it to another location where they were closed. I called "Jim" and was told just to leave it. Next morning I went on your site and saw that when dropping off I should have scanned a barcode if no one was there so I drove all the way back and scanned the bar code. "Jim" made the whole rental experience horrible.John C.

Unfortunately this wasn't the original return location and these comments are more applicable to them than RJM. I am answering N/A to RJM because I had no interaction with them. Everything with Wright City Liquor would be a 'No'.John H.
While RJM was very nice and helpful it's not the location I arranged to deliver the truck. The arranged location said they couldn't take the vehicle because they were too full so I had to drive out of the way with a friend who was picking me up to drop off the truck. What compensation is U-Haul going to give me?Lee K.

I was supposed to drop off at Wright City Liquor and they refused to accept the vehicle. said too many trucks there all ready and their limit was 3. Was never told that was the rules or i could have returned it earlier in the day and not be redirected somewhere else for the reutrn. very inconvieinent.keith M.
We had a 10ft. Reserved. At 5pm the night before I had not received the confirmation email so I called. Phone just rang. 7:30 next morning I called and talked to a Heather. She said she left early the night before and did NOT forward her phones. We got stuck with a much bigger truck AND had to drive to pick it up. Was told it was this or nothing. HORRIBLE customer service.SEAN M.

The truck was in an accident before we rented. The damage was embarrassing and a serious safety hazzard . There is a huge bubble in the inside of the rear passenger tire that cost us time for the trip due the the safety of a possible blow out!! RJM was not aware of the tire damage,but was made aware of body damage when they received the truck. There should have been a complete inspection of the truck before it was rented out again!!Sandra S.
