Both the mobile pick up and drop off was difficult. After an hour on the hold with customer service we finally got signed into the reservation and was given a code for the lockbox as well as a number for the van. The lockbox took 20 minutes to open due to a broken lock and once it was opened it had the key to the incorrect can inside. On top of that, one of the bigger moving trucks were parked directly next to our van and across from a used car on the lot. This ended up blocking us in. On our way to return the van (witch had trash in the cab) to the location the engine suddenly shut off in the middle of a street. Luckily, we were able to get it started again and to the lot where we began the drop off process on the app. We thought this would be the one easy part! Nope! After CORRECTLY entering all of the information it continued to say that what we entered was incorrect and would not let us proceed. Out of stress and frustration and needing that experience to be over we ended up opting to pay the $20 fee to skip the drop off process. In all, we found the entire process to be difficult and stressful. Every time we thought nothing else could possibly go wrong, it did. On top of that the location was dirty. The area where the lock boxes were located seemed to be where most of the old rusty tools and razors (many!) were left from the business The ONLY positive I will add is that the van was equipped with Bluetooth so I was able to let my anger and frustration out to my own music.Delaney M.

The Location is not the problem, the problem is that car needs to be thrown in the trash, it doesn't drive well, it's a mess, give this location a better truck, it was a mess driving it. It's not drivable.ANITA B.

This was just a car lot, they were not experienced in dealing with U-hauls and did not have any of the equipment I had ordered. Rushed us out of the parking lot without going over the equipment and when I tired to do it on my phone, it failed. Also, was over an hour away longer than my original location, which overall wasted half my day dealing with. I couldn't have been more disappointed. I have been renting from U-Haul for years and this was far my worst experience. The only redeeming factor of the day, the truck was new and well maintained.Nancy F.

Our rental went very smoothly, everyone at the rental location was friendly, The van we rented was clean, and ran smoothly. Dropoff was very easy, we handed over the keys, the van was inspected and the bill was emailed to us. We would be very happy to use this location in the future.Donna W.

If you just have a truck, it's a fine place to return it. If you have a tow dolly, return it somewhere where more than one person knows how to take your car off the dollyâ€"we had to wait about an hour for the employee to show up who could do that. Also, he neglected to include that I had returned the dolly along with the truck and I had calls from UHaul asking me where it was, where and if I returned it, and so on. I was lucky that a billing problem caused me to call UHaul a week later and the person helping me discovered that the dolly did not show up as returned or UHaul might have eventually charged me for the missing tow dolly.barbara C.
The Associates are tremendous. I highly recommend any and everyone to this location. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will return if and when I need another vehicle. Thanks Eddie ,makeel and the young lady at the front desk. (Didn't get her name) but they all deserve a raiseCORBIN A.
The location was fantastic and the owner was very helpful. However. UHaul did not communicate the appropriate pick up time with them (was confirmed for 9am. The facility did not open up until 10am and they were never told that I was coming before they opened. It was unacceptable on behalf of UHaul, but RJ Transport was excellent.CAROLYNE H.
UHaul provided us with this location for drop off because they could handle a tow dolly. However, only one employee there knew how to remove a car from the dolly and we had to wait nearly an hour for him to arrive at work. We would have preferred to go to a farther location with more expertise. But it was not the fault of the location, it was the fault of the U-Haul company not knowing enough about the personnel.barbara C.

The truck was dirty when I arrived. There was old spilled coffee in the cup holder and actual dirt and dust in the cab of the truck and the truck bed. It was not cleaned after the last person, so the employee did the best he could with one disinfectant wipe. His excuse was that they sent him the truck dirty (so why not clean the truck during a pandemic before you give it to the next person). They charged me for gas even though I filled it to the appropriate mark. I would not rent from this location.Deanna R.

Hello, Thank you for sending me the survey. I was gonna send an email about the horrible experience. 1. I tried to pick up my truck online and your system kept telling me "I was not close enough to the facility to pick up" when I was standing in the parking lot. 2. I had to go inside, which defeats the contactless visit I wanted. 3. It took 30 mins for the guy to check me out. I scheduled my pick up time for 9:30, the system changed it to 10 and I didn't get done till 10:30. 4. When I scheduled my time online for 9:30, it told me it was a 6 hour rental. After I finally left with the truck, I got an email stating it was 5 hour rental. 5. When I went to put gas in the truck I found a problem with the gas tank, so I bought the truck back and was told "oh yeah it's broke". The guy opened it and had is go back to get gas and bring it back again. 6. I get the invoice today and I was charged for the dolly, I told the guy when we picked up that we choose not to get it. He said he took it off. Apparently not. 7. I also found out after the transaction was completed when I picked up the truck that $100 was being held and I would be refunded any extra. Wish that was explained before I left with the truck. 8. I was charged $7 for a dolly I didn't get. I will wait to complete the survey until I hear back on how this will be handled. Be sure there are trailers available at more than 1 location and they are available when they are promised. U-haul`s customer service was awful, and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. The dealer in Folcroft had nothing to do with any of his. They were very nice and helpful.JOHN D.
