The lady that helped me was courteous and pleasant to a fault, even though she was working alone and trying to wait on other customers in the store. The back door of the moving truck was frozen shut due to the extreme low temperatures. She doused the rubber gasket with hot water and got me on my way. I reserved a car dolly, only to arrive and informed that they don't have a car dolly!!!!!! They gave us a trailer to use which made it ALOT more difficult to get our car home. They were going to charge us for a trailer instead of a car dolly till my husband refused!Christopher K.

Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. 14 miles from my preferred pick-up but opened earlier so that was a plus. Internet was slow so do on line check in before arrival. Not being a large location, they only had half the pads I requested but the other location I was planning on using didn't have extra pads either.Dale T.

The woman there was very rude. Good luck finding any help there. I pulled in to drop off a trailer I rented and wasn't sure if I was in the right place or if this was the business I was supposed to be at. Anyway I walk in and look for somebody to give me some direction and the phone is ringing and ringing. I hear the woman who works there let's say complaining about not being able to hear the person who's calling which was my mother who stayed in the truck. So I told her it was my mom calling and she was just rude about it. I asked if I was in the right place. Anywho I just pulled my rig around next to the rest of the trailers dropped off mine and left. I arrived 30 minutes early and the woman there was great. She was working alone, but she still managed to get everything together for me. When I returned the U Haul I realized I had forgotten my car keys. I had a spare in my glove compartment and that was locked as well. Everyone there were so helpful. They helped me get into my car and they were also able to unlock the glove compartment for me. They were all great and went above and beyond to help me get my keys and I'm very grateful for that.Diane R.

I am very unhappy with uhaul and riverside service. They where not nice they where terrible. I have been going there for 40 years. Never agiN will they see me.they where rude and mean. They have completely screwed me over. They charged me to much and I never got any paperwork. The truck was a mess when I got it.they have no reason being gin business. They made uhaul the bad guy. The 2 trucks were dirty, windows were very dirty. The inside of the boxes were also dirty. It's pretty bad when you spend that much money for a rental and you have to clean it before you use it. The U Haul truck developed a flat tire while parked at the home we were leaving. It took several phone calls to U Haul and more than four hours for the tire replacement to arrive.April V.
Several issues with the rental location. 1. They did not give me a copy of the contract. When I asked they said I didn't need it. 2. The guy hooking up the trailer had no clue what he was doing. He couldn't figure out how to get the hitch on the ball, he didn't cross the chains when attaching them, and he didn't know how to lock the chains. I had to show him how. 3. They had the wrong destination on the contract I didn't get. I told them Entiat Washington, but when I tried to drop off the trailer in Entiat, the self drop off page said it was expected in Libby Montana.Bernard F.
Imagine my surprise when i returned the unit,, The add said &19.95 for a day rental. well the invoice was more than the ad. that invoice was $10.00 more that the ad. When I returned the vehicle with a lowly 38 miles, clean and 20 bucks to fill the tank I get hit with $85.0 still owed... add the 20 bucks to fill the tank this $ 19.95 fee ends up costing me 100 bucks to move one load 38 mile This is like a slap in the face. I have used U Haul multiple times in my life which had me move 14 times before graduating high school. Add 8 more U-haul moves since then at the age of 65. The use of U haul is no longer in my go to bin. I really find it hard to justify charging that fee. if you ask me or any of my friends my many friends this fee was not in he history of anyones that this company shall have trouble surviving It is is just plain ugly greedRon C.
First off it took over four hours to make sure I would have equipment for our big move. I had to call UHUAL locations to physically verify that the equipment was on site. 800 UHUAL customer service on Friday 19, 2020 dropped phone call and didn't call back at all. Was very rude. At the actual location, a lady didn't know what she was doing when renting UHUAL 20' truck with a tow dolly. She didn't go over any policies for truck, didn't offer insurance,didn't offer to inspect trcuk with us. I had to take pictures before we left. Tow Dolly wasn't properly attached to truck and had to tighten. The truck smelled and wasn't clean. We also had to drive over 60 miles round trip out of our way to pick up truck and tow dolly. And then had to drive another 20 minutes to pick up second dolly when it all could have been at same location for both of my reservations. Uhaul made our moving experience terrible. I would never recommend Uhual to any person moving and personally will never use them again! I want a partial refund. It is also not my responsibility as a "CUSTOMER" to move UHUAL equipment around to different locations. We Requested both reservations to be dropped off at same location, and it somehow changed during our trip. Becky customer service manager was the only help and non-rude employee. She deserves recognition for trying to resolve UHUAL issues. 800 number is annoying to have to wait for hours to get an issues resolved.alex B.

The girl was so ditzy she couldn't even find my rental in the system when I called. Along with trying to do that she was taking care of convenience store customers and carrying on personal conversations while I sat on the phone waiting for her to finish. This was to check up on our rental as no one called us to verify it, as we were told would happen. Picking up the trailer was just as bad. Same girl. Couldn't find our reservation had to spell our last name more times than we needed. She was preoccupied with other customers. It took almost 45 minutes to get the trailer. Never renting from thus location again.missy F.

Couldn't figure out why we weren't getting our credit back. Over a week later it was discovered that they never checked the truck back in therefore U-Haul thought we still had possession. This location is very unprofessional. This was supposed to be our original pick up location as well and when we got there to pick up the truck it was suggested that we pick it up at a different location because it would save us money. It actually cost us more money to do it the way that they told us too.
