leonard scogginsThe only truck available with in miles from Ozark. We got there as soon as they opened and they only had one truck...It was reserved for someone else at the time he said if we wait about a hour and come back and it was still here he would let us have it so we waited about a hour and 30 mins then we went back and it was still there soo he changed his mind and we had to wait longer...said just to call around I was getting upset because I really needed a truck because I was moving so I called alma no trucks I called Clarksville no trucks only other place was fort Smith or Russellville. Finally about another hour later he just gave it to me because the guy never showed up. I would call before showing up to make sure they have what you need or just get a truck in a bigger city...I did that but they dont like to answer the phones. I called like 10 times. The guy was friendly I was just in a rush and needed to start the moving process the price was okay I guess.

Angela ThompsonGuy was an ass. He told me to pull around and get the car dolly. I went to turn around and there was another truck making it where I couldn't turn around enough. I asked him to move said truck and he said its in his store and he doesn't have time for it. I then was going to pull forward through a small slope and he yelled your going to cause one hell of a fuckin wreck. At that point I pulled forward without issue and went to pull around where he said and there wasnt even room for a car let alone the big truck. He then got mad and said just pull forward and ill bring the damn thing over there because there wasnt anyone watching his " fucking shop" when there was people behind the counter and im chairs chit chatting in the store. He was very unprofessional, this was the absolute worst experience I've had with U-Haul and probably will be looking at other options for moving in the future, I as a paying customer didn't deserve his terrible attitude and language.

I could have dropped the trailer off the very next day in my state but I went ahead and kept it since I was being charged anyways. I am really really really starting to hate Uhaul. I am not the only person that thinks this

versal bateselU-Haul manager was rude and obnoxious. Needed a to rent a vehicle when they opened at 08:30. Facility opened late and had to call U-Haul rep and wait for him to come in. It took over an hour after contacting him for him to show up. I was not able to complete the rental until after 12:30 PM. You need a new local U-Haul dealer.
Randall LoftisIt took 36 minutes to get the computer working so we could rent the truck. The only one available for our size reeked of dead animal in the back and we could not exchange it. The dolly we paid for to rent they did not have so they charged us for a bigger dolly. Truck did not have gas.

STEVEN DECKMake ALL trucks and and especially very heavy trailers to be allowed to be dropped off at closest location even if it is a different state, when we are finished with it. Make the utility and car haulers a lot lighter. Other than that, it was a pleasure doing business with UHAUL. The Ozark, AR location is a great place. Very friendly and helpful.

Jonathon CarlsonThe owner promised me on Saturday that I could bring van back any time Monday because they were not open then and he would not charge extra day. Some younger imposter was there and did the reservation using same van but kept running in and out of the store. Eight male customers were all standing around watching me. The young imposter guy was rude to me and I was issued a different location to return it to instead of the one I designated. He did check my tow safety though which was nice. I called for an extra day refund and also called to change my return location here in Pennsylvania. Thank you.

Robert CurcioDropped of truck and placed the keys in the box. Two days later I was charged for keeping the truck an extra day (not true) so I emailed them explaining the time and day I returned the rental. They never responded to my email or called me back. Perhaps they needed my money more than me.
