After checking in with the app I was instructed to go to the office to get the key. I waited 55 minutes, including trying 3 phone numbers to try to reach a UHaul rep because no one would give me a key because they "Couldn't print the paperwork for me to sign," which I didn't need. Then after a UHaul rep called them they discovered the keys were locked in the vehicle and the battery was dead. The vehicle hadn't been cleaned and I had to wait on that. There was still trash in it when I got in and it was dirty and dusty. The truck worked well and we got the job done but lost an hour of move time and people waiting while we got the truck. NOT HAPPY.

No place to park the vehicle upon return, had to block the entire entrance to the facility with the equipment. If it was a larger truck, it would have blocked the sidewalk. Would not recommend at all.

Very unprofessional they lied about taking my keys and had me park the truck at a spot it’s not even suppose to be parked at Debit card was charged an additional $238 for something I didn’t even do! I would never go to River st in Fitchburg again

This is not the location where the unit was dropped off. It was on Route 441 in Leesburg, Fl.

It was great. The gentleman who put the truck through the computer, this was his first time and he followed directions well and got me the truck with little problems

The truck had not been swept. Most concerning is that when I called this location the day before to confirm the pick up the next day, as indicated I should do by a phone call from U-Haul received a couple of hours earlier, the person who answered the phone didn't know anything about my rental and simply said there was no truck in the yard. That created quite a bit of worry and phone calls trying to make sure there actually would be a truck available the next day.

The establishment that uhaul was part of was a half an hour late to opening. Then they couldn't find keys for the truck I had reserved a week prior. Wanted me to drive over 20 miles for another truck. Finally found keys and after 2 hours I was able to leave the parking lot.
