I have full coverage auto insurance that covers rental of ANY vehicle. I have used said insurance in the past with Uhaul. The person behind the counter would not rent to me unless I purchased insurance I didn't need. I was in a bind and needed the truck for an emergency situation so I felt victimized by the experience. I will continue to use Uhaul in the future when the need arises. But not from that location.Brian K.

You should really be more informative about the process of online checking in. Even the desk attendant could not help me and my reservation, on your end, was not completely properly. Took two phone calls and an hour to figure it out!!! The First Lady was not helpful, Ronnie, on the second call, was. This was a bad tech experience.Ramona V.

Fred and the group at Rio Estrella are the best! In regard to the truck, us vertically challenged folks, I lie and say I'm 5'2â€, have a bit of a time getting in and out of the cab. The most horrible unprofessional service starting with the dealer rep who assisted with reservation, to Fred the manager, to Daniel Tennyson the area manager. Also this form was sent in Spanish and my primary language is English. This location is a fraud. I was charge for an additional 61 miles, with the truck being returned at 5:30 pm 11/29 yet the contract states 11/30 at 11:07am so o was incorrectly charged for an additional day and for in correct fuel amount. Issues with the app. This location is a complete fraud and should be shut down and new management hired. I will reach out to corporate offices until I receive a satisfactory response and a complete office investigation done on the location and it's staff. Complete fraudsJessica M.

The speedometer is showing at least 4 mph faster than your going. So that adds more mileage then what you are driving. At .79 a mile that adds up fast. When I mentioned it she stated "well at least you will not get a speeding ticket".Mike A.

The person that waited on us was very polite, informative and helpful. No Improvements needed for her. We started at the west valley location but it was unsuccessful and frustrating as it was all supposed to be via phone but did not go well. So happy we were redirected to Rio Estrella.Judi S.

I have rented at this location TWICE in the past month and the lady at the front desk (Lupe) is rude and not friendly; in addition I have called on the telephone to make a reservation and experienced the same rude tone. Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with the older gentleman and that experience was much better. However, going forward I will not rent at this location due to Lupe's rude demeanor.Dacia P.

Be honest and fair with customers. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have several friends and family who have also used this location. We will never again after this last experience. I was treated awful and accused of not refilling the fuel when I actually did and have receipts also. I will tell everyone I know not to use Rio Estrella services.Natasha H.
My reservation was set many days in advance the pick up location was changed the day before pickup which added miles, then the prices I was told were way off from what was "IN THE SYSTEM" which created a problems, so I was told to call customer service no problem so I thought it took me 2 1/2 hrs,4 CS reps and cancellation of my original reservation to straighten out the price difference issues it eventually got straightened out. But the husband & wife team at Rio Estrella Storage Solutions were Amazing. I would definitely use and recommend that location to anyone who is in need of services of the sort. even with me being frustrated and impatient they were genuinely professional from start to finish they never broke character they kept the same energy throughout much respect to the Mr & Mrs for being patient and understanding with me .. The next time someone comes in with equipment malfunction, please make their lives easier by loaning them another vehicle for 20 minutes to allow them to drop off a final small amount of items, especially since they still had 30 minutes of their rental remaining. Also, don't insult the customer by telling them they are not qualified to "diagnose" the vehicle faults when the vehicle insult was flashing warnings signs. And also, if you tell the customer to call roadside assistance, provide with the the correct number. And also, roadside assistance is a joke through phone or website. so don't even refer them to roadside assistance in the first place.Blake M.
