Not priced as advertised, didn't include mileage and alot of hidden fees. Self service didn't work and the stupid workers there didn't want to help with self service help.

Jesse PI returned the truck almost on empty like I was told, but when I got here they said I needed at least 1/4 gas. That totally is the opposite of what I was told and they changed me $53 for gas. I was not happy. Not good customer service miss leading the customer.

Robin WTerrible experience. Move was delayed to due system outage but other people were allowed their trucks. The store owners were rude and condescending. We had to pay movers to stand around while we had no truck, after finally getting our truck the movers left and we spent all night trying to load and unload. We will never use U-Haul again. No customer service and no care for stranding customers. Ridiculous and unprofessional operation.

Doug MThe location was fine, but the service from Uhaul was not the best. I tried multiple times to chat online and call to speak with somebody regarding my account, and was unable to get through to anybody. I waited on the chat for 20 minutes (it said an associate will be with you in the 1, and the phone for over 45 minutes on hold) This resulted in me not being able to use my certificate and had to pay out of pocket.
Catherine NU-Haul advertising is pretty misleading . Our "$19.95" van rental cost $139 for a 21 hour rental.
Eric WRetire the truck I used. It has over 160,000 miles. It shook really bad when I was stopped at a red light. It smelled bad when started it the first time like it has an exhaust leak.

Julia ACabin wasn’t cleaned out. There was a pistol magazine full of bullets left in the cup holder. Clearly no one had given it a look over before it was given to us.

LUIS GWe were sent to this location because the original reservation location did not have our truck. Although some things like that our out of our control we were put 2 hours behind schedule. Not only was it an inconvenience for us but an inconvenience for the friends and family helping us move. There was nothing wrong with this location. This review I more about the goose chase we went on to get a truck I reserved weeks in advance.
