I truly cannot think of anything except we had to take a larger truck instead of the size we reserved and probably cost us more in gas since it's a 500 mile trip.

Person who checked my mother out. Whom is retired and on fixed income could not answer the question of reimbursement if not used for the entire rental time. Being she rented it for five days and it was only used for two of those five days. Maybe 2.5 depending on how uhaul does their days. So I just figured I would ask the store I was dropping off at the same question. However the rest of the transaction was pleasant and he was as helpful as he could be.

very little assistance with drop-off. left to unhitch trailer myself. no one to check me in. only store clerk who wasn’t very helpful. left trailer where clerk indicated. not sure it was really checked in.
