The place I rented the uhaul from had an employee that treated me horribly. When I had first gone inside I asked to rent a uhaul and she rudely said “you have to reserve a time to pick one up I can't help u with that, go online” I replied, “no problem! Do you think I will be able to schedule for today?” She said “I don't know you have to w reserve online” so I went to my car and reserved a 10:30 time slot, uhaul had confirmed this and sent me an email stating “ see you at 10:30 to pick up your truck!” I went in at 10:32 and told her I needed to get my truck and she said “He (the owner) won't be here until 11” I asked what the point of scheduling was and she responded “ I don't know” I said “it says pick up at 10:30” she responded “it's 10:38 now and the time means when u placed ur order for the truck!” I replied “ no ma'am u said schedule online and I did it says in clear English “pick up your truck at 10:30” then I asked if she could call “him” and see if he would come up here just a few mins early as I had already been there an hour trying to rent a truck. I then stepped outside to wait, she poked her head out the door and yelled “ he will be here at 11 the time means when u placed ur online reservation for the truck NOT When u can pick it up!!” Then I asked my husband to go cancel the rental as he was going inside to cancel the owner was walking in and we went inside and he got us our rental. I work in customer service and would never dream of speaking to a paying customer that way. Never would I argue with a customer like that. Uhaul customer service did inform me that I could pick up my truck at 10:30 and that should've been simple.

The mobile renting system should not allow you to make a reservation nor let you attempt to "pickup" your truck/trailer if the people running the location is not setup to let this happen. Rented a truck then the lady at desk didn't want to try to help me because it was basically out of her comfort zone.

I was lied on how much has there wasluckily I took a picture and was able to prove that I was right don't appreciate it will never rent again from you call we'll go somewhere else regardless how much the price is just for lying on me
