The truck was filthy inside with what looked like spilled coffee all over food in the cup holder. Other than that it was a good rental and the pick up and drop off location people were excellent to deal with.

Too far away from where I live. I requested a truck from the location only 4 miles from my house. I was told I needed to drive to THIS location to get the truck and it was 20 miles away from my city! VERY frustrating. It was a 'satellite' rental spot. I got there and he was very pleasant, but didn't know what to do and took almost 30 min calling Uhaul corporate. After 30 min was then told there were no dolly's that I had reserved. They sent me BACK to town to get a dolly from the location I originally wanted to rent from. THAT location had ONE person working and a line of 6 people waiting. I sat in line for 45 MIN to get the dolly. When I asked for compensation for all my troubles they said no. I was supposed to pick the truck up at 3:00 and I had movers scheduled for 3:30. I did not get back home to the house until 4:45! The was a HORRIFIC disappointment and FRUSTRATING experience with Uhaul. I deserve compensation for all this trouble. THEN email conformations had the wrong times and dates and I had to deal with mistakes there before I even picked up the truck. After the truck was picked up, I was told I had to bring it to a different location than I chose. So I did. ONLY to have the original drop place call asking where the truck was on Sunday. I told them an email directed me elsewhere and I followed those directions. SO FRUSTRATING. It was a TERRIBLE experience.
