Interior of vehicle interior was simply 'nasty'...something sticky was all over the doghouse/console as well as the steering wheel. Exterior of the location was cluttered and dumping looking. I would not recommend this location nor will I use them again.

The truck I rented didn’t run to good and didn’t want to go above 30 mph but that is not the location fault. I did have them put in a ticket so I hope they get it fixed! But overall this location was amazing and super easy to deal with!

Cathy GrahamThe cab could use a good cleaning. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The dash and instrument panel were dusty, the drink holders, etc, had crumbs in them and the cab floor needs to be cleaned. But that’s been fairly typical of past rentals. In all fairness, this is a busy time of year and we picked up the truck within 45 minutes of it being returned. The lady who helped us on pickup and return was the BEST either of us have EVER worked with. Super helpful and very personable even though she was running her tail off.

While trying to rent a car trailer today, I was asked to provide multiple contacts and several different forms of identification. I've never in the entire time I've used any of the products this company offers, been made to do or feel like I was an incriminating person. I was then ordered on how I should use the equipment as if though I'd never been around it before. Both of the people that run this u haul service center were very rude and condescending. I absolutely will not be returning to this location.

Steve IjamesI can stop getting screwed every time I rent a uhaul. I will go with a different company from now on. Last time I did not get the dolly I paid for and could not get an answer back from the business to get a refund. This time, after I declined safe move insurance online, I was told when picking up the truck that the reservation had to be redone and they added the insurance without even asking if I wanted it. When I l mentioned my problem with the dolly last time, the man who helped me said that sometimes he forgets to include it also but there’s really no way to get a refund because it’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of anyone. Completely ridiculous!
Nicholas MonteeThis location was fine. The problem I had was with the first attempt to take possession on the truck by using the U-Haul app. It was horrible. Now apart of it was my fault for showing up 30mins before 7pm but we had a lot going on. I would recommend to pick the truck up in person if that's not an option I would have the app info done before you get to U-Haul.

Craig HeintzWe appreciate that a small box truck was available, but we've never rented a vehicle still so dirty from the previous renter. And we had to do the walking around, taking and uploading photos so we would not be held liable for the dirty & damaged condition of the vehicle. It was also obvious there had been no sanitation process. I didn't know UHaul was so self-serve. It was 45 min from when we entered store till we were able to pull out. I'm thankful we started at 10 as the product we were picking up was closing. If we'd reserved any later with all that dispute and uploading photos we would have missed being able to pick up our product before they closed. We thought it would be a quick check in as we've done many times over the years. The retailer man and woman were kind but this was not a good experience w UHaul.

Barbara FettersNeed to have the equipment they are renting on site. Charged for dolly, “none available”, yet there was one in the store when I returned truck. Better hours, more accessibility. This is a flea market that doesn’t open til 10 AM! When equipment wasn’t in truck as “promised” we had to wait until someone showed up. At which point they told us they’d check, and after checking they told us not available. Truck that we needed at 9AM, wasn’t ready to go until almost 10AM.

TERRY FIELDERI ordered and paid for furniture dollies and when I got there they weren't in the truck. I went in and he informed me he doesn't carry them. If I wanted a refund I would have to call the 800 number. If not available why is it an option when ordering.
Mikel DotsonA known issue with the driver's side door had apparently been reported prior to my use of the vehicle. I did not discover the issue until miles up the road when I had to stop to slam the driver's door to get it to latch properly due to the sound of air leaking into the truck. Upon return of the equipment, I mentioned this issue and was advised the prior drivers of the vehicle had reported a similar issue. If the latch mechanism of the driver's door is having issues, I would see this as a priority repair.

richard PETSCHFelt like your promotion price of 39.99 for the 26ft truck was very misleading. Must have missed the fine print detailing mileage charge of 1.29 per mile plus refilling with gas. So... you can rent the truck for just 39.99 and then do what???? Just look at it???? I'm sure it was on your site but was not noticable. I expect better from u-haul.....

Mark WesternNot a good experience. Checked in and paid online then the uhaul location wanted to do it all again and charge me again. Then waited over30 min to get hooked up. The only trailer was parked in a spot I couldn’t hardly get out of. The guy told me to not click into the condition check text until it was all hooked up then when i tried it had timed out. The delay put us a good hour behind schedule. Won’t rent there again

Jennifer MiceliI did the online check in to save time and even paid in advance but the clerk still went over everything word by word and asked all the same questions and required copies of my ID which I uploaded as well to save time. It was a very long drawn out process that I wasn’t used to from my U-Haul experiences in the past. Then clerk gave me a very dated and banged up trailer and was rude during hooking it up, kept making statements about hurting his back. Will definitely avoid this location in the future. The online check in process needs to be utilized as it’s meant to be.

GREG WILLIAMSCheck in and check out was too slow. This location is an antiques/flea market This is the only time I’ve had to actually do a check in inspection. Other places allow a drop off. Nice staff though.

Kevin JonesNever put a uhaul location into a flea market. The parking lot was a nightmare to get into and out of because of the location. The man that ran the place wouldn't give you the customer service attention deserved and he would have you wait even though you were next and take paying customers of the flea market. I also checked in on the app and he said that none of the information was in the system, so I had to go through the whole thing again in the store while he would continue helping others instead of giving me the full attention. I will never go to this place again to rent a uhaul.
Ken PhelanI had a question about how uhaul calculated mileage so I called your customer service dept and spoke to Carla. One of the rudest people I have ever talked to. All Carla managed to do is make sure your company never sees a dollar from me ever again.
JOHN JOHNSONWe filled out all the information online and was told we could just go pick it up. But when we got to the location the man said that the computers were down and it took another 20 to 25 minutes of him entering and re-entering the information.
