The man who helped us to load the Car on the tow dolly took the chains on the hitch that were supposed to be hooked to the frame of the car on the hitch itself. What would have happened if that all came loose and I lost my car off the dolly? Someone needs to teach them how to hoot those up

I was told to return the vehicle to another location other than where I rented it. When I went to return it, the office was closed, the key box was to thin to acceptvthe key, I had to scan the bar code on the door of the placed I rented it from then go back to dropoff location to take pictures of mileage, fuel and inside condition. Finally taking a pic of where I parked it then online return site said I owed $50 more for 2 days and gas and dirty vehicle( none of which was true). I called customer service who didnt answer after 20 minutes. I signed in for live chat which also didnt respond after 20 minutes. I checked my bank acct. And the estimated amt. For rental had already been withdrawal so I was expected to pay 137+ to finish return procedure. It took me 90 minutes just to drive back and forth with my own vehicle and now have to get this resolved somehow. Horrible experience

I was told to return the truck with as much gas as it went out with, 1/8 tank. I did that, even a little more. I was charged a fuel charge. This doesn't make sense, if you want it back full, give it to me full. Ripping off customers for a few dollars isn't good business. I will go with Penske next time

the facility is a used appliance store so there's lots of "stuff" around; personnel were helpful and accommodating, though, and made the UHaul pickup process easy

Messages from U-Haul were confusing when I checked the rental in at 4:06 p.m. U-Haul sent me a message saying that I had just checked the auto out at 4:06 p.m. and I had 6 hours to return it seem confusing to me but they said everything was fine at rikers

I didn't go in as it was closed. I was lucky that someone was there when I dropped off the truck. I was pretty sure this location was supposed to be a 24/7 drop off place, but I didn't see any signs as to what to do when dropping off after hours. But since someone was there, drop off was extremely easy!

The people were very nice but the experience had several hiccups. Didn't have truck I reserved ( I guess not their fault but the truck I picked up was bigger so harder for me to drive and used more gas),, didn't have the dolly I reserved (but found me one), truck hadn't been checked in ( they are closed on Wednesday) and the truck only had 3/8ths tank of gas.... Just all of this made me a nervous wreck.

Inside of box was dirty and stunk had to use a scent eliminator fogger and was only supposed to be charged for 1 day of rental and ended up having to pay 4 days because my mom was killed by a drunk driver in an accident over the weekend after I just lost my house my semi my dream boat and everything I've ever worked for including myself because I was soaked in gasoline and was lit on fire burning alive. I did survive with first degree burns all over. So In a month I lost my home and everything I ever worked for and lost my mom. What would had been a 1 day rental less than 80$ Cost me 225$ I didn't even have

Location is not super obvious - it seems three businesses share the lot? To return, go to the last door on the right. It would be helpful if the key drop-off box was more clearly marked. A sign would aid in locating the box from across the lot.
