Open your store earlier. 9am is a little late.

Mostly a great experience. Was verbally told my total would be around $70. Final bill was $109. About 58ish percent more than estimated. The truck was clean and ready immediately when we arrived. Other than the mid-estimate a very good experience. Nice people too.

Have the truck ready when picked up.

If they get the service we just got there is nothing to improve

Showed up at 3pm and no one on site had no Clue of what to do with vehicle. Banged in doors no answer. Found a drop box and park truck in a space that appeared to be for visitors only to be changed a fee for not dropping off on time. I did not even have vehicle for 8 hours. I would suggest trying a. Other company such as budget

There was a note on the door when I arrived for my appointed pick up time saying “ out for lunch be back around 45 minutes”. “ Around”??? And 45 minutes from WHEN??? My rental was time sensitive. The clerk arrived just as I had arranged an after ours pick up with an agent on the phone. She said she “ didn't know I was coming “ even though I had a clear reservation. When I returned the vehicle she was out FRONT of the facility smoking and on the phone. I am a business owner and would not want that to be the way my employees reflect my business.

Service and vehicle were excellent.

Every thing was ready when I was ready for pick up. The sales person Cheryl was efficient and knew her job. What a good experience Thank You Cheryl.
