I was worried reserving online based on prior reviews, but I had no problems. The truck was ready on time and in great shape. When we returned it, the check out process was quick and easy. Just what we needed after a long day moving. I would highly recommend!

Michael SThe dealer or agent was very good, easy to work with. But the 15 ft truck I rented was pretty dirty in the back. The cab area was fairly clean but the cup holders were sticky. Otherwise no major issues.

Misleading....add ons for every lil thing brought it to over 90 bucks....but that did not bother me as much as the guy behind the counter could not have given a shit about me as a customer....the owner of the business should fire his ass...if he is the owner...uhaul should cancel the franchise agreement

Wendy PI called to reserve a van or a truck on Friday. Was told there was a 10 ft available and I wanted to reserve it. Called Monday to confirm and come and get it. Was told there was no truck available until Wednesday the 27th. I wasn’t happy about that! I made sure there was one for the 27th and was able to pick it up Tuesday evening for use Today. It was closing time when I picked it up last night. I was told about checking for anything previously damaged and say so on your website. I waited till I got home, about 20 minutes. But my window of time apparently expired before that. Bottom line is the windshield was filthy outside and something sticky and splashed on the inside. Three sections of the lower dashboard plastic was separated and loose including around the steering column! Also the towing control button panel was hanging out of place. Does anyone check these vehicles when they come back to see if they were cleaned and in good condition? Someone was picking up this one soon after I returned it, and I’m sure in the same condition as I got it! This is unexceptable! I rent your vehicles often but no longer if this is what I’m going to be getting!

RAYMOND DU-haul App does not work at ALL. Took almost an hour to check in, the app failed completely upon returning the truck. Also, we had to send our ID over 8 times before they accepted it.... person on the app was very rude to us.

RAYMOND DShowed up at 3pm and no one on site had no Clue of what to do with vehicle. Banged in doors no answer. Found a drop box and park truck in a space that appeared to be for visitors only to be changed a fee for not dropping off on time. I did not even have vehicle for 8 hours. I would suggest trying a. Other company such as budget
stephanie gThere was a note on the door when I arrived for my appointed pick up time saying “ out for lunch be back around 45 minutes”. “ Around”??? And 45 minutes from WHEN??? My rental was time sensitive. The clerk arrived just as I had arranged an after ours pick up with an agent on the phone. She said she “ didn’t know I was coming “ even though I had a clear reservation. When I returned the vehicle she was out FRONT of the facility smoking and on the phone. I am a business owner and would not want that to be the way my employees reflect my business.
