Give the customers a head up when another customer is waiting for the same truck you are currently using, because I was running late on my return and they charge me a extra day for 3 hours extra at return

Our original location was StorageMax Boat & RV Storage at 1410 E. Palm Valley Blvd. Round Rock, Texas 78664. He gave away our U- Haul because I was a running an hour late. He didn't give us the curtesy to call us until he gave it away. He didn't care. We had to call to locate another and luckily this location 25 miles away had one to honor our reservation. I highly recommend that you reconsider giving the location at 1410 E. Palm Valley the honor of your continued business as they represent U-Haul and didn't represent your company well in this transaction and our move. I wouldn't and will not do any business with 1410 E. Palm Valley in the future. This location in Taylor however was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Give your employees much better access to the terminal they must work through. At no fault of the employee I was detained 10 plus min due to system kicking them out and having to start all over. My move is scheduled and contracted people to help do that did put a dent in our day. Overall the employees were pleasant, courteous, attentive and a very good experience

The main transportation office did not confirm our reservation with the scheduled pick up location, and we had to drive 30 minutes out of our way. We ended up having to schedule our own reservation.
