Very helpful employees. The truck did not have a full tank of gas when we arrived to pick it up. They were very helpful to resolve the issue. Thank you so much.

I was called the afternoon before my rental saying that the truck I reserved a month and a half ago was not going to be available. It was incredibly inconvenient . It worked out,, but not without stress that I had tried to avoid by scheduling far ahead.
Judith WThey moved our pick up location last minute. The electronic check in was a nightmare. And they didn't provide the dolly and blankets I paid for. My husband picked up the uhaul and didn't know these should have been included, so didn't know to ask. When we returned the uhaul they would not reimburse the charges for the items we didn't receive. Very frustrating!! After spending $1,000 and bringing it back one day early (also no price adjustment) I would have expected a smoother experience, to receive the items I paid for, and better customer service.

Richard BHas nothing to do with either location but disappointed in calculation of allowable mileage. Only additional use was to a storage location and to get fuel but exceeded milage. Why allowable milage was this low on a two day rental seems unreasonable. Also was told $40 for additional days but was also charged an additional $15.
Bill AWell . My rental car broke down on tge way back and i was a day late dropping off the trailer. I called and talkes to the drop off location and explaines fo tgem what happen . He told me it was no problem and it would be ok . He never did tell me i waa going to be charged again for it. Nor did he explain how much of a hassel it was to drop off at that location . I was not happy with any of it. We xame back from buring my mother to more hassel

Michael TWe booked at Becker's auto in Wauseon,Oh. But had to pick up in Whitehouse. No one there to help hitch up trailer. Took it back to Becker's to leave trailer overnight. Took my car to Becker's to load it. They helped load it and showed me how to work straps/chains. Becker's was a great help. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.
jim nThe actual truck pick up was fine and the person working there was great. U-Haul has to improve their online program. It is confusing, cumbersome and poorly constructed. The location has no way of correcting or modifying anything. Whomever you paid to write that program took you for a ride...it sucks!!! Honestly, I would not consider using U-Haul again just because of the online program.
Roger FI would like to acknowledge the young man at the Reynolds road location. We had ordered too small of a trailer and he was very helpful getting us the right size. It started out our experience in a very positive note.

James KPerson who accepted my keys did not explain the process well enough and overcharged me on filling up the gas tank. I was charged 123 which should have filled the tank since there was still gas in the tank so I did not need to be charged that much since we did not receive the tank full.

George ENot the fault of this location, but the app is glitchy and several errors were made that required several phone calls to customer service to correct. As a result of the glitches My order/reservation was not listed in my app and therefore I could not follow the truck pick up locations until calling again an hour before pickup. Nonetheless the actual pickup and use of the truck worked very well.
Matt PTook before and after pictures of the gas gauge. Made sure to fill up a little bit more then I got the truck with. Still was charged for gasoline. Also, the back of the truck was never cleaned up.

Randall WI was asked to use the computer to enter information rather than the owner. Also asked to hook up trailer on my own. Reservation was changed to different location without email notice. New location owner was not friendly. Had reserved 12 blankets and remained him although on reservation....
Carey VThere was no one there to help attach and load the tow dolly for us. The area manager had to be called in to do the job It was only our good fortune that he was available, though we had to wait for him.
MAX JThe manager needs lots of Training to be a manager. (Insults, ridicules and no one should have a horrible experience in the face of earth. He even harrased my family) Went 45 min late Manager made me drive to a different state to get me a truck. The other African American Employee felt sorry for me and almost gave me the key, but the manager grabed it from him and took it away. He is comparing a Doctors office to an Uhaul rental company. (The irony is he comparing to a Doctor itself). WORST experience in my life period.
