This was my first time using the app and not having a person. Hated it! Took 45+minutes of our rental time to take the pictures and get the verification done in the app(there was a glitch). Nothing to do with the site. Will just only rent during normal business hours from now on. Not worth the hassle

Susan FWell, I was a little upset with a charge for 1/16 gallon of fuel not being replaced. How do I recognize that shortage on a dashboard gage that reads in empty,, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full?
Donald LKaren was awesome, the experience was excellent. My only comment would be that the GPS couldn’t find the place (not your fault) but it made me drive 10 miles out of the way and got me lost. Then I called and Karen helped me find it. Now I know it is very close to the Lakehurst Diner. Thanks!

Judith HTire air pressure on front tires were low. About 15psi below the recommended setting.. I added air to the tires and they were fine for the rest of the trip.

Carmen CThe truck was in good condition but the area had poor WiFi connection so I had trouble using my phone to follow the steps to pick up my rental after hours. I would make a WiFi password available for renters to log into to ensure an efficient process. It took about 30 minutes to pick up my rental which ran into the time I needed to actually use the rental because of the poor connection.
Valisha DI rented tis vehicle 3 weeks ago for pick up on route 37 in Tom's river. I am told in the PM of 4 October that the pick up location has changed. I go to the location at 0700 and the place dose not open until 0830. When I call U Haul I am told to do things on my smart phone That I could not do. I was also told that the truck I wanted was not available in Tom's river. Finally after one hour of calls someone called and helped me get the truck. I will never rent from U haul again. I had filled out the forms to expedite the process. When one rents three weeks in advance and is told he has been moved to a facility that opens late, this is totally unacceptable. I will also tell others.

Margaret FBetter communication between facility and U-Haul as to what is available. I requested furniture pads, but none were available and did not know this until pick up.
Damir MI think it that if we are expected to take pictures of our documents in the dark it would be helpful if there was possibly a table top with a lightbulb over it. It took me over an hour to rent this truck because I had to do it over and over and over before I could acquire pictures that were acceptable. Just my opinion but it would have made it much easier then trying to take them in a dark truck or on the hood of a truck in the dark. Other than the complication at rental time I was beyond happy with my rental and the cleanliness of the equipment.

Richard KI didn't find out until the last minute that the location for pick-up had changed from Toms River to Manchester making it more mileage and longer commute time. It cost me more money for the extra mileage.
