The electronic billing system appears accurate only on standard end of month billing, but not if you close your account outside of that cycle. It inaccurately indicates you still owe a payment amount even though you are paid up.

Provide a hitch pin. We didn't realize the car towing trailer did NOT have a hitch pin until we were getting ready to leave on our trip. Luckily we were able to find a substitute for one. Without a hitch pin there is no doubt, as bad as the roads were and bumpy, we would have lost the trailer, jack-knifed the truck, rolled over and been killed. The substitute bolt we used was bent by the end of our trip. We showed it to uhaul at the drop off location.

customers should be made verbally aware of return policy and that they may need a smartphone when returning equipment in there is no one present at the return office. I found this return system cumbersome and like I was performing work for Uhaul Inc.

This is literally the cleanest/friendliest U-Haul location I have ever been to. The office was beautiful and clean. The woman at the desk was super friendly and got the paperwork ready for me very quickly. Give her a raise immediately! We are 100% using this location again when we move next year. Thank you!

The truck had lots of damage done to it. Would prefer that previous damage is already recorded prior to renting so when new customer arrives they know all damage has already been accounted for. Did not know that if i showed up late to my Rental time it would cancel my reservation when using online services. Had to wait on the phone for 30 min until spoke with customer service person.

Your app doesn't work well. Customer service was horrible when I couldn't get into the lock box I called and got transferred three times and was on the phone for 50 minutes to try to drop off key for U-Haul. The location on your app said I could drop off the key at the location in scappose. There was lock box on there site. The lady I was talking to got frustrated and hung up on me. That's not cool at all. I will not be renting a U-Haul again very dissatisfied. I will also not recommend you guys to anybody.

The space allotted for vehicle return/checkout is very limited and we needed to move the truck and our personal vehicle several times to make room for other customers coming and going.

My U-Haul trailer reservation fell through and the whole move has been rescheduled. Throughout the ordeal, the woman running the facility remained very patient and was always quick to offer assistance
