The U-haul representative was great! He was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable, nothing like the last U-Haul experience I had at the Airport Road and N. Washington location. The only thing I didn't like about this experience is that there is no representative at that location full time and while the representative from the W. 6th Street location got there as quickly as he could, no one can be in two places at the same time so I would recommend either getting someone there full time or just close it down all together. We have plenty of U-Haul locations in Stillwater and I was only going to use that location because it was conveniently located on the north side of town and the only other choice there was the location which I had previously and will never use again. Other than that my U-Haul experience was above average.

ALYSSE MRichmond location was abandoned. Had to go across town to another location which was my first choice BUT “unavailable” in the U-Haul database. A similar situation occurred when renting in Georiga two years ago. I was sent to a location that did not have trailers. I had to go to a different location to get my equipment. I will call the local shops to verify availablity IF I use U-Haul again.
KC KBobby-D was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially given that my rental was during a holiday. I highly recommend getting in touch with him for any local U-Haul needs!
Glynda FI picked the Unit up at a different location on 6th ave. I purchased a 2" receiver in which the gentlemen over charged me for. I asked about the UHAUL rate for the receiver that was on-line and he stated I would have to go to a corporate center to get the on-line rate. He charged me $38.95 in which the on-line rate was under $30 dollars.
Tom MI left the trailer in the parking lot. I called the owner and he said that would be okay and that he was expecting a drop off. Haven't heard anything else. I would have liked a call back so I was sure my rental return was complete.
Kim SSign on the door said would be back in 20 minutes. When I called the number on the door, the guy said they were closed and the sign was there for someone coming 4 hours later. Received a call from this man regarding the truck I dropped off, and he was rude and asked questions not relevant to my use of uhaul or the truck.
Kevin W815 W Richmond Rd wasn't open. I picked it up at the location I signed up for online. 2601 W. 6th Ave. I think UHaul had a computer glitch and sent me an email after the fact, to the wrong location. Got it all worked out though! Bobby was very helpful and got me on the road.
Suzanne LDidn't get told that you get charged a credit card fee and it was $23.00 and was never told that I could pay cash to save that money and money per mile is ridiculous

carley JOwner was late to arrive, I had to call the number on the door after standing waiting for 15, to learn he was on his way. While entering my information in the computer, he was watching TV & even paused the different times to change the channel. Causing me to wait longer. It appeared very clear, that me being there was not only unimportant, but a bother to him. By far, the worst rental experience, ever.

BARBARA JBobby Stockwell was very professional and he went above and beyond for me. I am a senior citizen and I had a very heavy filing cabinet that my daughter could not move. He took the time of his day, to come to house to lifted it onto the trailer with his dolly. This is the kind of customer service that your company can be proud of. I would definitely call Bobby if ever need U-Haul services again. That is my second rental from him. Mrs Kyle
