Attendant was good. Building and office were embarrassing. Cluttered office containing yard sale items. Poor lighting.

Mark M.If you want to maintain your reputation, you should fix your scheduling process and your customer service. A week prior to my move, I gave my credit card to schedule a 15' truck to pickup at Richmond Ky. One day before my scheduled move, UHaul called to confirm and said all I could get would be a 20' truck from Berea Ky. My daughter could not drive a 20' truck and Berea would add 40 miles to our trip. You had my credit card and I reserved with you in good faith but you not only did not honor your reservation, but the ladies at the scheduling service were rude when I tried to get help. They basically told me I could take it or leave it. Only Robert at the Louisville office was kind to me and found a truck in Richmond. This experience with UHaul has definitely changed my attitude toward your company. This was not a good way to treat a customer.
Ellen B.The location on N. Keeneland Drive in Richmond, KY needs serious work. I had a reservation for pick-up at 8am and they extended the customer before for another 1 1/2 hours without conferring with me. Then, that customer lost the key and the rental location had no other trucks for me.
