I scheduled a truck to pick up at 10:00 am and you all hade me picking up the truck at 4:15 pm.When I got there he didn’t have a truck for me to pick up. I guess he was letting his friend use the truck for free because your system shows him having the truck on his lot. I had to wait until 1:40 pm to get the truck totally uncalled for. I will never use uhaul again.

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. The only issue I found was that for whatever reason the lights on the back of the trailer seemed to not work on one side. Outside that easy, good transaction.

?????? this place is a joke! I’ve given them two chances to offer better customer service. It’s always the same thing. “The computer is broke” so they have to re-enter all you Uhual info again. Oh this is the best part. You have to wait for them to come to the office they are never there between the hours of 8-9. One time the guy had to run his wife to work, meanwhile I’m waiting for him at the office that opened at 8. He showed up at 8:30. I said okay, I will give him another chance. WRONG!! It happened again yesterday. Waited for him to come back to the office for 20 minutes. I even did the express check in because this caused me to be late to my appt. THEN they couldn’t get the program to work so it took them 30 minutes to re-enter my info again. So now 1hr later at 8:45 I’m finally leaving the lot. DO NOT USE THEM for Uhual services. They are totally incompetent and have no problem allowing the customer to wait for them to come back from whatever personal business they are doing.

We rented the truck from a Clermont, FL dealer for pickup in Morehead, KY. We were told that we could turn the truck into the dealer who rented it to us which was very close to where we live. Instead, when we returned the truck they refused to take it sayin gthey had too may one way trucks there. We then had to drive several more miles. We returned the truck to the people in Irlo Bromson Memorial Highway - listed below - and the lady there was incredibly nice and took the truck no problem.

Don't use the online option for pickup. It doesn't work well, and you only have an hour to pick up vehicle, but it never says that. Page kept loading didn't about 45 minutes on the phone with them.

Gas tank was not full upon renting and there are pictures to prove it, yet we acquired a $21.00 fee for fuel because we filled it to the same spot it was on when we got in it. Truck was muddy inside.

Signs for where to drop off at the location after hours where not visible. My advice would be to put one on the business door and also leave a message on your phone for after hours drop off location that it’s across the street. At night it’s dark and not visible and we called twice and looked all around the business entrance for information. Otherwise the gentleman was helpful the next morning and cAlled me to confirm drop off.

Terrible experience. I reserved a 15’ Uhaul a week in advance. When I showed up, I was given a 26’ Uhaul. I was told that this “upgrade” was made 5 days ago, but nobody bothered to contact me to tell me about this. Had they done so, I would have explained that this would not work for us. We tried, but the truck wouldn’t fit into our driveway, and due to the narrow streets, we weren’t able to leave it parked on the curb to load it. I was told that the closest 10’ or 15’ truck was more than an hour in the opposite direction of where we needed to go. It was an absolute waste of our time. Thankfully I’m being fully refunded, but now we’re left with no way to move our belongings on the one day that we were available to do so. A simple call at the beginning of the week would have allowed us time to make other plans.

Not satisfied with changes made with my drop off location. Rented the equipment over the phone. Arrived at location to pick uo without any problems. The next day I received a text stating that my drop off location had changed and was 20 miles from my original location. When I contacted uhaul about it they stated that my original location had recently closed and I could not drop the trailer off at that location. Although this was no fault of my own I still had to return the trailer and extra 40 miles (round trip) and make up some extra hours of travel to get it there before my return time expired.

This drop off place has no drop box at his location. It is about 3 blocks away and no signs telling you this. He is rude because he assumes everyone knows him

My bad review has nothing to do with the truck location. My bad review is from being charged an additional 30 dollars because I kept the truck longer than 4 hours. The $19.95 sign on the side of the truck is misleading. I was under the impression that I would be charged for the day, not for using the truck for 4 hours.

my husband was never told there was a different rate when you pick up one place and drop off at another, I handle all the finances so I was shocked at the price I called and complained, but the manager told me they always let people know this , this was not the case bad experience for me

The windshield wipers on this truck needed to be changed. The passenger side blade was coming apart and squeaked loudly when it did rain. The driver's side wiper did not clean the glass well.

I have been charged 2 times for my trailer rental. He was having problems with his computer. And it appears that I have 2 contract numbers. 90046822 and 90033611. I rented the trailer at Ritchie's in Morehead on 7/5/ 2018 and returned on 7/6/2018. Within the one day period. Please reverse one of the charges. It was approx. $34.93.

That location wasn't the problem! I ordered a 15 ft truck and when I showed up to get it it wasn't there but a big 26ft was. Then there wasn't a 15ft for me anywhere! I ended up with a 10 ft that didn't do the job! I have to drive back to Kentucky to pick up small stuff that I can fit in my car. I was behind 2 hour's because there was no truck. I reserved the truck and was lied to. No discount t or refund was offered! Would I recommend you? Not sure at this point!
