Absolutely horrible. Took 30 minutes to pick it up. The one woman in the store couldn’t speak English very well, and she didn’t understand what I was trying to say. I wanted to change the drop off date to the 14th I didn’t need it until the 17th like it was reserved. Hoping I’d save some of the over $1000 I spent. She said she couldn’t do that. Of course I was frustrated. Who wouldn’t be, but it’s okay. It’s only money $$$

pamela thomas-NeelyThe store clerk didn't know the system, he had to call someone. He didn't know how to connect the trailer. As for my online reservation, I needed a motorcycle trailer, the picture on U-Haul's website looks like the motorcycle trailer but doesn't mention it, just 7x9. There are no trailers on the website that say motorcycle. So does U-Haul no longer have them? The ones with the wheel chock.
