We requested 2 dozen blankets, we also requested furniture dollies and they had neither. Was a real disappointment to our moving experience to need these items at the last minuteRichard B.

Everything went well up to the point were I was charged around 100.00 on the fuel it said that I didn't put back in. I took the before and after picture like I was supposed to and had the fuel level back at where it was supposed to be yet still got charged. No one seemed to want to help but I kept calling and now they're supposed to be refunding the money that was stole. It's also a joke when someone calls and has to be put on hold for "an estimated 50 to 60 minutes" really?ERIC T.

Wrong key was in pick up box. Would not have been able to pick truck up if location wasn't open. Girl was kinda rude when I told her U-Haul rep on phone gave me extra miles because original pickup location did not have the right equipment. She did give me more extra miles but I was still pissed that I had to drive 45 minutes and 32 miles out of my way to pickup equipment.Mitchell C.

Well it took me a little while to be able to get into the lock box for the key for the truck because it was a weekend. But I was walked through it very well my customer service. I think most of that was my fault I just didn't understand how to work the app But then again they also had my last name spelled wrong.Rebecca D.
