I'm just having trouble receiving my deposit back or whatever that supposed to go back to my card. It's not going through not showing up.

Please check out everything on the U-Haul truck .The lady went all around the truck and we marked everything and the only thing we didn't Check was the ramp . When we left we had no idea that the ramp was broken they did everything they could to fix it but the man took the ramp off and he put it aside . What ever you do make sure the ramp w useable. Thank God They did everything possible to make sure that we were safe and gave us extra time to get it unloaded.. Thank you UHaul .

Camille VYour communication system by texting is awful. My expectations were never met utilizing your system. Changes were made I did not agree to. I had to call several times to try to resolve issues turning in the truck and it could not be done thru the app. Mrs. Cheryl on Monday, morning did great to check in the truck when I dropped off the truck 2 days after I first tried to do so and could not utilizing the app.

Rebecca HThe truck I reserved would not even start so we lost an hour and a half moving time having to switch to 3 different trucks, the second truck could not be unlocked so we had no choice but to get a larger truck that was larger than needed which of course cost us more in fuel, it was a horrible experience considering the decision to rent a uhaul was supposed to make the move quicker less stressful and cut costs
Glenda BThe headlight are very dull. A two hour trip back home took me almost 4 hours due to the dim lights. On bright noone signaled me they were on Brite due to them being so dull. Driver door would not close fully. Air enter door causing a very distraction.
LANA GEvery part of the renting process was frustrating and unnecessarily confusing, additional charges were added on without notification, little explanation was given for the drop off and pick up process, UHAUL takes advantage of those stuck in a difficult situation and in my opinion, you're better off finding someone with a truck to help move. not worth it.

Charles SI stored with them for almost 6 years. Mrs Cheryl is extremely friendly and always so pleasant. It's a very nice and secure environment. However, I did have a few items missing when I started unpacking my belongings. I do not know how my belongings went missing but they did. Only I had the keys to my lock and it was not tampered with. Again I have no idea how this could have happened. Because there is a gate in which you have your own unique code to gain access. But all in all I was satisfied with the storage, the service and the people.

DOUGLAS RIt was raining, I had to walk back and forth across a 5 lane road in the rain. The hitch was in the mud so by the time I was done hooking up the trailer my hands were filthy. My feet were soaking wet from the mud and standing water on the lot. I'm not really sure what the point was to the pre-check-in because it still took quite a while to get it done. The lady working was very friendly and helpful. My overall experience with Uhaul is that I would have been better using a different company. The customer service is terrible. I ordered a trailer, a furniture dolly, 12 blankets, & a roll of furniture wrap. I had to go to 4 different locations to get everything because no effort was made on Uhaul's part to do a better job organizing their rental supplies.

Britney FThis experience was the worst we have ever had trying to rent a truck. I called 2 days ahead to confirm our truck since there was severe weather in the area we were. I was told no problem by the call center. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! No truck when we go to get it. The nasty places you allow to rent your trucks is awful. We were sent hour and a half away to pick up a truck and was told to use our "smart phone" to check it Out. NO SERVICE. This kind of business practices will ruin your Company.
