The turn signals would not shut off by themselves after turning the corner. The truck was very old and had over 158,000 miles on it. It did not shift well but would rev up to over 40000 rpm's before it would shift which I am sure killed the gas milage. The lock on the back door took us about five minutes to finally get open because it was so stuck. The door would not open all the way up so we had to constantly duck when going in and out of the cargo area. This truck should have been retired a long time ago. The guys at the shop were friendly enough but we had to wait for about 20 minutes past our pickup time before the owner showed up to do the paperwork, I've never been to a uhaul dealer in the past that didn't go out and do a walk around of the vehicle or trailer to see record any damage. He just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. This will give me a reason to look at other companies or dealers if I ever have the need to rent a truck again.

I have Google maps as well as I called uhaul the 26th after my return and was told I would get email 24hours after return. This company STOLE from me and had no excuse. DO NOT USE UHAUL DO NOT RETURN TO KAYMART SHELL LOOP 336 IN CONROE TX. THEY ARE ALL SHADY LAZY LIARS AND DON'T DESERVE BUSINESS WHEN TJEY CONDUCT SO SHADY AND UNLAWFULLY CHARGE YOUR CARDS FOR NO REASON.

Stephen S.I had a reservation for trailer plus blankets. When I arrived, I was told there were no blankets at this location. Also, no indication as to who had blankets. They sent me to ACE hardware to see if they had blankets; the lady at that location indicated "no", but then was able to produce six blankets. I should not have to drive around trying to find all the parts of my reservation - which had been made at least one week in advance.
