Was given wrong set of keys and returned teuck early way before midnight and still charged late fees and when i tried to check in the truck online i couldn't because the info i was teying to enter the app wouldnt allow it cause the person who checked out the uhaul for me enter wrong info .i spoke to the peraon told them about the issue i was told she would correct it next busines day and my card still got charged after hour fees and nobody has contacted me or reimbursed my card with my deposit i was told that would be back on my card

Cons: Facility closed for the day. No personnel onsite. Felt a little weird parking a trailer which I felt like could be stolen easily. Pros: Convenient location for us.

I would never use this location again or refer anyone that I know. I believe that I was overcharged for mileage based on the location being my home town and I know exactly how many miles to were to my destination. I was charged double for the trip when I was told that if I returned it before a specified hour. The truck was there before I was told to return it, and I was still charged double. I also was charged a double insurance fee as well. This whole process was a sham, with all the unorthodox charges that weren't explained. An environmental fee? Please.. Not satisfied or please with the vendor or U Haul as a whole..

It smelled like cigarettes in the cab, drove an hour or so away in the truck. I have asthma and I had a flare up from being in the truck. The back of the truck was not cleaned out, it didn't seem like anyone didn't seem like anyone did the bare minimum with the truck. I also didn't appreciate the truck being so close to the next one that I couldn't fully inspect the passenger side prior to moving the vehicle. A child wouldn't of been able to squeeze into the same between.

This was the worst experience I've had with moving moving and using this company. The truck was not at the original location outlined in email. I had to drive 30 miles to discover that the truck wasn't there. Then, I had to drive 40 miles in the opposite direction to pick up another truck. Next, I had to drive 30 miles opposite of that location to pick up the car towing. I had to pay extra money to loading movers for being late. After getting packed, I wasn't able to make it to my destination by the original scheduled time. I was scheduled to be in TX at 8am the next morning. Due to the inconvenience, I was not able to move into my new apartment before they closed. I had to spend the night on the uhaul until the following morning. I did not have additional funds to purchase a hotel. Any emergency funds I would have had was spent on the additional time the loading movers had utilized to get things packed due to the time conflict. The next day, i had to reschedule another moving date and time with the unloading crew in TX. I had to pay additional money for missing my original appointment due to the time inconvenience imposed by uhaul company. During the process of trying to rectify the situations I spent approximately 5 hours total in wait time to speak to a customer service representative. I filed a complaint and was told I'd hear from a representative with 48 hours. It is now 72 hours later and to no avail. I have greatly inconvenienced in time and financially.

Pick up was scheduled for 10am and location was scheduled to be open at 10am. Staff was there but owner was not and location was locked. Eventually with the help of a staff member that knew how to help a little bit we were able to handle everything through the mobile app. Left the location before the owner even showed up.

Lack of auto transport knowledge, had a minor (underage personâ€"-14/15) install the equipment who had to be reminded to lock the hub onto the hitch. He wrapped the rear safety chain around my brake line and wiring harness. Was told that uhaul normally charges 20 extra dollars for them to secure the vehicle to the auto transport. When I told this was not true they dropped the issue. One of the tires was flat (although I didn't notice) and I was sent out on the road like this. I decided to stop at another uhaul location and have them check the vehicle. This is when they discovered the flat tire and the issue with the rear safety chain. We Aired up the tire and fixed the chain. That is when it was discovered the tire had a slow leak. I was a mile from my house so I drove it home and called uhaul. They came fixed the tire. This took an hour. By this time it was getting dark and we got down the road only to discover at this time the running lights on the trailer were not working. Lucky the brake and turn signal lights worked. This has been the worst experience I had with Uhaul. Lucky I moved out of state and won't be using this facility ever again. When the regional manager for Uhaul called me he was really rude and tried blaming me for the issues. He even said it is not against Uhaul policy for a minor to Install equipment.which according to Uhaul policy and procedures it is against company policy. Uhaul did refund the cost of the trailer.

Instruct the business owner to take the time to actually talk to your customer. Update your phone system so you can actually be reached. I spent at least an hour in total on hold trying to resolve a drop off problem only to be disconnected each time.

Please make sure, when someone rents a trailer that the anchor goes up and down before you rent it out. I had this problem out in the middle of conroe. Luckily my husband had tools to fix it. But I called the location, I rented from and even though they replied quickly was no help except to call 1-800-UHaul.

I don't have any complaints. Everything was explained well from the moment of pickup to when we returned the U-haul truck. The owner and co-worker were very well informed and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be moving and needs a big truck.
