Worst uhaul experience ever! I had furniture fillets booked which were not available. I was not informed that there was no after hours drop facility. When I arrived at the location I was initially told there was no reservation when I insisted he was able to find it. When I came to return the truck, I looked for a drop box for keys for about half hour, when I couldn't find it I called customer service which took about another half hour to pick up and when they did they told me I had to come back in the morning to drop off the keys. I was super tired and had to wake up very early in a Saturday to return the keys. How hard is it to have a drop box for keys?! Please fix these issues .. moving is hard as us don't make harder for families.

The location has issues with the booking and we couldn't get the van. We didn't pick it up and left. The location then activated the reservation and charged us for a van that we never picked up. We requested a refund but did not recieve it.

When I got there, only one person knew how to process vehicle rentals, and he had already left for the day. The poor cashier had to call him and basically handle it himself. I had to facetime with the employee to upload my drivers license. And of course because he wasnt there there was no check of the truck or fuel level. I returned it with nothing wrong and more gas than what I started with. When I returned the vehicle an hour after picking it up I almost missed the check in process because it was the first time I had done it and neither I nor the cashier knew what we were supposed to do. I noticed the text message's link to self-check-in before I left and decided it would be better to return it that way. I took pictures of the dash odometer, fuel gauge, gas receipt, truck and key to make sure I had information in case anything went wrong. I truly hope I did everything right

Need Clear communication, describe each and every things which customer asked.. $15 charges of safe move coverage as per retailer but deducted $30. They said within 24hour if you return , you only get charge 1 day but they charged for 2 day amounts. Fuel rate they applied $1.77/L. Lack of knowledge And misguided customers for sake of their interest.
