Everything was great...not much to improve at all...

Inside the cube part of the box was dirty with partner a box and some other debris inside. But the folks inside were super friendly and 100% on top of customer service!

Trailer was dirty but that's to be expected in the winter. Our issue was that the tail lights didn't work. We checked the turn signals and brake lights but since we were leaving in the day time didn't think to check the tail lights. For future make sure this is not an issue that clients run into.

Tell the customer that the location closes within 15 minutes of their pick up time so they know to come early and aren't waiting for 2 hours trying to get the U-Haul with an app that does not work!!! Also, put the equipment in the truck that was ordered with the rental.

I had the best customer service. Friendly and efficient people thank you for your service.

Having the trailers clean of snow would be appreciated. I cleaned it out myself before loading.

As I picked up the truck after hours I can't say much about the location other than the truck was where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be.

Nothing to change or improve at this location. Overall the experience dropping off my 4 x 8 trailer was acceptable.

The online booking process is deceiving. It allowed me to book a unit that wasn't actually available. I received a call from dispatch telling me the 26' truck wasn't available, but a 10' truck was. That's a big difference in size. Why have something showing available online if in fact it's not? This is not specific to this location, it is directed at UHaul itself.

We dropped it off after hours. We didn't see any personnel

All was great and the service was excellent

We had a covered unit booked for 3 days. Got a call it was not available so had to get a smaller unit for one day. When went to pick up the unit on time it was dirty and full of dog hair so we had to go back an hour later to pick it up. Obviously with the coronavirus every units can should be sanitized before turned over to the next client,which this detachment isn't following if they were going to rent it to us like that. Had it not been for the dog hair noticed right away we would have jumped in it immediately.

They give me trailer with flat tire. After 4 days where I parked trailer. Tire was completely flat. I had problem find compressor. I made it to Salmon Arm when I went tou haul. They send me to Kal Tire. I returned trailer washed and nobody give me some money back. Say on trailer if you wash trailer we give you 30 $ dollars back. Never happened.

They did not attach hitch properly, ball wasn't deep enough. So it was very loud and clunky ... stopped, took the trailer off, reattached and it was much smoother.

After I rented vehicle I received a text saying 24hrs and expect to see it back by 7.30pm.....my morning started with a call asking why I hadn't returned and someone else wants it..... Dropped off with more fuel in it than when I received

Exceptional customer service at this location.

The equiment failed me howerver. I was left stranded on the highway because the vehicle broke down. I had to get a friend pick me and 2 roommates on the highway as the vehicle needed to be towed. IA couple of days later the gent at Rentco called to ask about where the vehicle was. No compensation offered for this mishap.

Ian, the manager, was rude and unorganized. We had to go to both rental places in Grande Prairie twice. Our booking was for 9am. We finally got hooked on to the car transporter at noon. Very poor service from the manager at Rentco.

Got stuck in a little Bit of snow while still snowing. Wasted most of my day waiting for a tow truck. Had to extend my contract for another day and they didn't charge me for the day I was set back

Inside rear truck box could have been broomed and sprayed down. Smelled like a bottle depot. Excellent customer service!!!!

Inspect the unit before you give it out.

Verify that any additional items rented have been loaded into the truck. Just about drove away without the dolly - glad I checked the back before leaving the site. Otherwise, great experience and great customer service by all the folks at Rentco Toolshed in Grande Prairie, AB.

The agent I first dealt with was very knowledgeable the next individual appeared to neither care or was not interested in assisting me. Tried to rent the same trailer today and was basically told to contact the 1800 number they won't or couldn't help me. Too many people now a day do not want to help just to pass the buck, drink their coffee or play on the cell phone the heck with the customer. Maybe the agent need a refresher on customer service they just wasted 90 minutes of my day. The agent that assisted me from the toll free number was extremely helpful, she too was at a loss why Rentco Toolshed did not or could not assist me.

Was charged cleaning fee but trailer wasn't exactly clean when picked up. Wasn't made aware that there would be a cleaning fee so kinda think it unfair.

The ladies at rentco in Grande Prairie always do an amazing job. I have delt with Uhaul a lot and no one has ever made it as easy as Rentco.

Make the booking process more simplfied

I was really happy with how fast my rental was processed. It was nice to be in and out within 30 mins.

The thing that made all the difference for me was the girl at the counter. I had used this location a few years ago but the attendant was not pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised at the reception I received this time around.

The 26' truck was being used for a 1 way move to Kamloops BC which meant having the drive across the Rocky Mountains in October. British Columbia government had signs saying winter/m+s tires have to be used to get from Jasper, AB to Valemount B.C. from October 1 until May. When I checked the tires on the truck they were not winter or m+s rated. I feel if the weather had turned for the worse and it started snowing I would be in a lot of trouble with the tires fitted on the truck. The reservation was made 2 weeks ahead so I fee this should have been fixed before I collected the truck.

Nicole was a game changer! She was extremely helpful and I'll definitely be back next time just because of her help!

Knew the uhaul trailer wasn't waterproof but most of our artwork and boxes were soaked and destroyed, we can't control the rain, just disappointed in the uhaul trailer and service as we should've been told the rain can get into the trailer

The service was very good, price was fair.

The whole day started off wrong with my reservation at all mcg anchors not being full filled as now staff arrived to unlock the location So I drove to the next place I knew had uhaul trailers I did not get the trailer size I was looking for that I would have been able to transport both of my motorcycles in one load The staff at rentco were quite accommodating with allowing me to rent short notice the only available trailer on the lot at the time which I will be thankful to them for ever But the other location should lose its uhaul status they didn't even show up store was supposed to be open at 9 am I sat outside waiting for someone to arrive till 10 am

I called to see where I could drop the uhual off at and I was told any location then when I did that I was told there would be another additional fee I refused to pay it

Was charged $20.00 for wrong drop off location. This was closest dealer, tell the a hole that selected the other drop off location to learn to read a map. Will never use again if choice exists

Everything when great nothing

I was scheduled to drop off my trailer on Sunday, September 1st which is after hours for this location. I dropped off the trailer when I was supposed to. I received a phone call on Tuesday September 3rd that the trailer hadn't been dropped off yet. I told the girl on the phone that I had dropped it off already..she was very nice and told me that the guys may have missed it earlier and they would double check for me. I then received another phone call from U haul stating I needed to prove I dropped it off with pictures and that a police report was going to be filed as a stolen trailer. I was obviously upset by the fact that there were these accusations made against me. I called U haul to try and figure out what was going on and the guy on the phone was incredibly rude and accusatory that I must have stolen it because it wasn't there and there was no paperwork proving I had dropped it off. I had to leave work because I was told I had to go down to the police station and U Haul to file a claim. At the time I was dealing with this, my boyfriend had gone into the store to drop off a tool he had rented at the same time I rented the trailer. He was already aware what was going on and showed them the trailer and where it was parked. I recieved a call stating they made a mix up with the trailer numbers and the paperwork was wrong on their end...the same girl from the morning had called to let me know it was cleared up which was very appreciated and she was very polite and nice about it all...just very upset by the fact that I had 2 people accuse me of sometime so horrible.
