I was told I could return the truck to any location and wouldn’t be charged for it. Come to find out I got hit with a $200 wrong dropoff fee because in the fine print of my contract it says I would return it to the same location. Why are you training your employees to lie to customers to get extra money?

The drivers door on our truck didn't shut correctly and had to be attempted twice before it would close. And it didn't shift gears correctly at times. Overall it got the job done and we were able to move items where they needed to go.

The uhaul rented leaked and damaged some of my belongings

I fully expect a full refund of the charges for fuel service and 3 gallons of gas they charged me for. I have the fuel receipt dated five minutes prior to dropping off the truck for well over five gallons of gas and only drove 30 miles. I told the manager that I had just finished refueling and he assured me that I didn’t have to wait on him since he would be about 15 minutes with another customer. He charged me $30 for fuel service and the cost of 3 gallons of fuel. I have a picture in my phone of the fuel level when I picked up the truck and had my adult son tell me when I had refueled to the same level and I confirmed it and even added more at that point before driving about one mile to the truck return location. Please refund these charges immediately.
