I had people go out of their way to help me, one man went back after hours to get his jacket he accidentally left and saw me trying to figure out the online pickup. I had done everything but the id verification which I was not being prompted for. He then contacted a coworker that had been in the office that day who moved the system along for me somehow. Both of us did not know how it worked because he did not work at the front and had not used the 24/7 rental process before. Nobody had to go through this trouble for me and I do not expect it in the future and they deserve credit and respect for helping someone in need of it. Thank you guys very much.Jacob C.

The pickup on a day when no one in the office was horrible. Couldn't figure out how to activate...had to call number provided....waiting online for 45 minutes...then when person got on line, it took another 25 minutes to complete the process. I will never use this location especially the Uhaul company. When I was given the wrong size vehicle I was on hold for an hour just for custom service to take off a stupid 20 cents off per mile because I have to make more trips due to the mix up and no solution. Piss poor serviceKrishna N.

The check in process was challenging. My password wouldn't work and had to have an agent walk through until that was resolved. The lock for key didn't open with code, and on and on!DORIS D.
Mileage on truck was off by over 4 thousand miles. This meant I had to call Uhaul when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I did the mobile pick up and drop off the the discrepancy wouldn't allow me to proceed. Spent over 1.5 hours trying to get this resolved.Branden S.

Having to go to a location nearly 20 miles away from my originally requested pick up location (without any sort of compensation or discount when it was entirely at the fault of uhaul/prior customer) was very disappointing. For starters I rented a unit and it wasn't at the place I was told to go. After that I was promised a $50 credit for my troubles on that. Never received it. When I went to the next location, the staff was rude and talked to us like we didn't have common sense as adults. After we returned the unit my husband notice we didn't receive our credit and reached out. Surprise surprise no contact. I reached out again and still nothing. Set appointment to have hitch installed on my car. Could not make it to appointment due to work, rescheduled for following day. Drove 30 minutes to location to discover that they were unsure if my parts were in yet. Told me to call at 11. Spoke to someone that told me they'd call back soon, never received a call. Called the following day to get told that they'd call me back. Again, never received call back. It's now been at least 2 weeks and have heard nothing. Finally just bought a truck. Simplify the online pick up process. The UHaul app is next to useless. Provide clear instructions on resetting the pickup time. Don't hold the customer with 'Awaiting Approval' message on your website during the pickup. Hopefully subsequent pickups are much simpler.VIKAS K.

I had no issues with my experience. The employee was pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. The sign up procedure was quick and easy, price was fair, and the drop off procedure was straight forward. Only way it could improve is if someone else moved all of my stuff for me hahaKAREN J.

Was in and out no problem. Walked in got what I needed moved my stuff returned truck. Everyone was ready to help and got me going so I didn't sit around like some of the other locations. Location was fine. The local office did a good job. The truck was not cleaned from the previous user and they provided a couple of blankets which was helpful. The worst part of the experience was the on-line check-in. We spent over 30 minutes trying to use it but I could not take a picture through the app of the dashboard. I confirmed my camera worked fine, just not through the app. This was a miserable 30 minutes in over 90 degree heat trying to check in the truck. We finally called and after a while was able to connect with a live voice who helped us complete the check-in.Laura J.
Don't charge for cleaning when the truck wasn't clean when we got it. We only moved a bedroom set. We filled gas tank up to amount that was in truck when we received it only to have our previous credit for gas reversed. I will never use Uhaul again. You should reimburse me $48.38.Kathryn P.
