I would never use Uhaul again and will share with others if asked about my experience. The return process is harder than it should be and feel it is that way so that you can trap customers into paying more. Terrible!Christie D.
Don't overcharge and add other things (pads, dolly, etc) if the Customer doesn't ask for it. I had a very bad experience with the billing portion of the rental.Carlos H.

The representative at this location went beyond anything I have experienced in any business that I dealt with. The lady made every effort to help me including calling other uhaul companies in area since at the time there was no truck available. While sitting in the parking lot she had a cancellation and caught us before we left the parking lot. She was just a super individual that needs recognition.William P.

When someone declines the insurance, make sure they're not paying for it anyway. Also, when checking in via mobile app, maybe give customers a grace period before you expire their order. Other than that was a lovely experience. ðŸ˜ƒJennifer S.

The experience was good but I am a little disappointed that I was not explained the price difference in the insurance price coverage. The extra costs was doubled, and the extra was only to cover damages to the roof of the truck. The rest was the same !!!Natale G.

This was our drop off location. My husband parked it alongside another uhaul and the old white lady was extremely rude and yelling and him about the drop off location being a privately owned business, to take the Uhaul back to where we picked it up, and walked away with an attitude as my husband was still speaking to het. Highly unprofessional and rude as hell. If this location refuses to be a drop off location for any size truck, they should not be a part of your establishment. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.Beth C.

We arrived in the dark and there was no lighting on the building that I could observe. At least not enough for me to see the little U-Haul sign on the door or the dropbox. I had to bring the keys all the way back almost half an hour from my house the next daycaroline B.

The uhaul rep told me he was adding driver and changed reservation to the driver and completely lied to me, he held me up almost an hour changing the reservation. He did not give me any information about mileage and he was lazy. He ask me to put dolly in uhaul truck. I advised him to place in truck. When I dropped truck off in Bradenton I was there over an hour was told by manager Kelly he couldn't find my reservation and advise me to call uhaul about what had been done. I was also told I owed $12.33 for going over 39 miles which was never explained to me. The uhaul rep changed the drop off location from the Cortez location to 3602 14th street west. I was disappointed and very displeased with this rent a closet office.Michael S.

Make easier the process to self check in and out to avoid taking so long to go through it and miss the original reservation. I was in the dark in an unsafe area waiting 26 minutes in my phone to get a Uhaul representative to make another reservation and re- start the insane self process again. To return the vehicle was even more stressful. Had to repeat the process 3 times, taking pictures in the dark, line dropping to finally after 45 minutes get an approval and charging 1 day more because was passed 25 minutes of the supposed time to return!!!??? Ridiculous and insulting process.Teresa S.
