This uhaul outlet goes above and beyond - reminds me of how it used to be in business, people really caring about people and quality service! Outstanding! You need more representatives like this and owe it to give bonus retention rates to superior reps as it would help you to retain good outlet reps that build up the brand. (hard to find - so please recognize them for outstanding service)

I would recommend only because to my knowledge this is the only Uhaul location in Dratyon Valley Additionally I question the information that I was not entitled to a adjustment in price for returning the rental unit a couple of days early.

I rented a Auto Transport The person did not come outside at all to check condition of unit Did not check light operation Did not check the tires Very poor customer service I dropped the unit off within the 24 hour period Got a call to work so had to drop off the unit at the Red Deer depot I get an email saying I owe more money This is a joke Please correct this error Give the attendant a course on how to properly deal with customers

Have them open before 9:00am on weekdays, and open on weekends. Have them put the proper address on the web site and maybe learn proper phone etiquette.

my contract had no address drop off... only a toll free number... upon calling the number they proceeded to tell me to go to a location in Warburg almost an hour from Drayton Valley as Drayton has no drop box supposedly. I finally got an address, went there to find other uhaul items and a drop box for key and contract...

I appreciate that the staff at this location were knowledgeable, friendly and above all HONEST regarding all uhaul's policys. Something I didn't get during my previous uhaul experiences(reservations over the phone). Specifically how if you reserve a uhaul pickup at a desired location, uhaul can change the location of pickup to the next available location (in my case, a two hour drive away), if they no longer have the one you reserved at their location. What's the point in reserving a unit if uhaul can just change my pickup location to God knows where because it suits them? A flakey uhaul setup that I feel doesn't consider the customer. However the uhaul staff at the Drayton Valley location are vary down to earth, friendly and upfront. A perfect fit with our community, even if the policy's of uhaul they represent don't fit.

The pick up location was fine. With helpful staff. But the truck itself was very poorly maintained. It was almost completely out of engine oil, which I had to buy and add to it. It was also burnt to the dipstick. The truck shook violently when the brakes were applied as well. It has warped brake components, And need to be replaced immediately. It would not pass an inspection!

The office staff were friendly and helpful. The contract was quickly completed and then the yard staff hooked up the trailer and I was out of there. No problems. They also made sure I received the cheapest option. Good job. Thanks.

My initial location was edson, Ab. And when I got there they told me I have to go to Dayton. I got to change my move one day because of this, this cost me money, plus gas going back and forward to a location I did not schedule. I requested to make a change to spruce drove or edmonton instead, told me that was not possible. As well we rented a trailer to pull our truck, did not fit our truck it was to small. If I will rate the overall will be poor. The location had a good service but it was not what we where expected and it was not acceptable.

Picked up at 1:00pm returned 5:00 pm next day. paid 190 for a 40.00 advertized per day rental truck. got a refund for 54. thank you

Need to have nicer manners went to drop off trailer seemed like i was a pain and was told the cash i put as deposit was not going to be paid back for 8 weeks i demanded my money and the lady finally gave it back to me but told me in the future i would have to wait was not impressed.

Lady in office had a hard time figuring out how much it would cost, and couldn't fill the contract in without help. I was told the trailer is over there somewhere and pointed at the yard. I had to find it myself and hook it up on my own. Maybe a little more professionalism would go a long way.

The attendant was very rude! She had a dog running around and he was jumping all over me and when I pet the dog I was scolded for it. Also my husband looked in a doorway that was open and was scolded for that as well.

Equipment needs to be maintained better. Started truck and turned on windshield wipers and one fell of. Originally want to rent the 5X 12 trailer but it needed repairs. It was sitting in the back . Delivered truck back on Monday and trailer was still in the back. Need more knowledgeable staff.
