Thad LMade a reservation for a 26 foot truck, clicked 'are you flexible?' To save money by dropping off in a differant loaction. This also gave me 60 miles to work with Pickup place didnt have a 26 but had a 20 foot trick, so i got that. I got charged full price Got charged full price and get fewer miles, having to pay a milage overage fee. Not happy

James JThe only negative comment is that no one came out to assist me in lifting the trailer off of my hitch and then realizing that 3 employees were inside the store who could have helped. If this against a policy so be it but most customers would be unable to lift a trailer of this size and weight.

Elizabeth BTruck did not have speed control and for a 1400 mile trip it was very tiring holding the gas pedal down. Trucks used for long hauls should be equipped with speed control.
TERRY CWe initially had arrangements to pick up a 20 ft box truck Sat. morning, but when we got there at 9 30 am we were told they didn't have one available, that it was down for repairs. We had already driven 15 miles to pick it up then were told we had to go to Big Rapids to get one. Another 20 miles. We did not receive any email alerting us to the change so we got a late start on our moving plans. We were able to drop off the u haul truck at the Remus location afterwards. Ended up putting extra miles on our vehicle. We could have gotten an earlier start if we would have known. We had to pay our helper mover extra money for having to wait for us. Not happy

Paulina ODidn’t realize that there was no Cruise control and on such a long haul, should give us an option of having a second driver to give the driver a leg rest.
Theresa JDidn't have refrigerator dolly that we ordered. Gave us the regular sized one instead. We asked if they had any straps for it, No they didn't and we would have buy a package at $29 if we needed them. Did adjust the bill to reflect it. Also changed our location drop-off to help them out for another rental.

Robert VBe sure to ask for the ALL the charges you have to pay prior to making a reservation. I was told at this location the rental fee would be 29.99/day for a 15 foot truck on a local one day rental. When I got there I was told the bill will be $169.00! I asked what happened to 29.99? "Oh, That is just for the truck, where they (Uhaul) gets you is the mileage charges at $0.99/mile." I bought the $14.95 damage waiver and 110 miles not knowing exactly how many I'd need. May not recommend this company or Uhaul in the future, Have had MUCH better luck with Ryder Truck Rentals. Not a real positive experience overall.
Tony PStaff was not very inviting or talkative. Handled my return efficiently, just not very customer friendly.
Marlin HAfter being quoted one price for the base rental (one day), was charged $35.00 more. Not an earth-shattering difference - but enough to draw my ire. The equipment itself was fine.
David WI would gladly pay an additional amount to have a trailer with an option to include a wheeled front trailer jack to enable detachment from the towing vehicle. Thank you

Lawrence HThe trailer that I was given was quite old but I figured that it would be OK since it was in the fleet. But, when we were loading it while it was raining we noticed that the roof leaked in one area. It was Sunday, 10-18 so I could not swap it for another before we left Michigan for Florida. It rained for a good part of our drive. When we unloaded in Florida today (10-20) my tool box that was in the leaking area had enough water in it that it is rusting all of the non-stainless steel tools.
Jim rWork with the location to improve their internet. Check in was slowed down by a slow internet connection. Otherwise everything else was great.
Frederick Fnothing, the staff at Remus farm and garden were great! Also I told them I had stopped while using the tow dolly to check and make sure everything was OK and a service driver from UHAUL noticed me and stopped and asked if " everything was alright with the equipment". I thought that was extremely considerate. Thanks to everyone for making my rental experience safe and less worrisome in some very trying times.
MIKE MIt was a new truck! Very nice sales people and they were helpful. Cheaper per mile rate than the last rental a few weeks ago! She made the transaction easy and comfortable.
