I was sent to multiple locations with the promise of the equipment I needed being available and when I would arrive they did not have it. There is no signage for uhaul on the exterior of the building. The facility needs a sign to clearly indicate where the entrance to the facility is.Scott L.
It's a bit confusing as to where to go. The GPS takes you to the back of the huge strip mall. I wandered around the whole building and just happened to see two big uhaul vans behind an AutoZone. I assumed AutoZone was where I needed to return my trailer, so I went in to ask. I called the location after that, and the attendant told me to just unhook and go.KEVIN B.

The truck had no widow washer fluid â€¦ after driving 3+ hours through farmland, I had to make stops at gas stations just to clean the window to see. Front passenger side floor had a large amount of some kind of sand on it. Besides that, the truck did the job and hauled my belongings.NICOLE E.

My appointment was for 9, no one reached out to me to inform me that the establishment opens up at 10, I had to wait one hour for the establishment to open. Next the delivery personal dropped the truck/trolly off did not assist me in loading my car into the trolly nor did he showed me how to secure my car properly to the trolly, he just dropped it took a picture of the hitch and walked away leaving me there alone to figure it outâ€¦.Cecil S.
