The atic part of the truck was clearly dirty, and having a truck that had a bad 02 sensor at delivery to me was garbage. I got charged extra for fuel due to the truck having a known issue

Overall, the rental went well. Attendant could not figure out how to remove the insurance that didn't want or print a receipt.
The 6 x 12 Enclosed Trailer should have a tongue jack. When the tandem wheels are frozen to the ground, it is very difficult to get the coupler on the ball.

There was no safety pin for the hitch on the trailer, the guy said u-haul doesn't supply them. I think they should. I went out and bought my own. Other than that, I had great, excellent service.

This was a fairly new truck, only 29;000 miles, but when stepping on the brakes the steering wheel shook so hard it was hard to hold on to it.

u haul let me down. I ordered the equipment a month before I needed it and the day I was to pick it up it was no where to be found. I had an email from uhaul which gave a Chippewa Falls number. Courtney answered, took control, gave me several options and I took the Stanley one. She is my heroine! Jason at Stanley could not have been nicer or more helpful. Moving is hard enough but to not have the equipment you need 24 hours before you have a dozen people coming to help you move is panic time. uhaul needs to rectify this. When it's ordered early the equipment needs to be there---guaranteed.

The people were GREAT!
However, the charges by Uhaul were disappointing. I reserved the UHAUL at Eau Claire The day before pick up I was informed we had to drive 35 miles the opposite direction (70 miles total). That ate up most of our 80 miles max. Our trip to New Richmond was over 70 miles on top of that. I don't feel we should have had to pay for the inconvenience.

The speedometer was off by 7 miles so I got charged for extra milage that's shady how you already charge high rates then you going to sneak in extra milage on top of it

The rachets were rusty. I had a hard time getting them on. I also would of rented the trailer on sunday instead of Saturday.because I thought the store was closed on Sunday.

Mr. Isenberger and his son Jason went above and beyond to make sure my one-way reservation was booked correctly. It was a last minute decision to get a truck and they gave me all of my options and followed through to ensure it'd go off without a hitch.
